I did it!!!! 🎉 🥳 56 years young here. Out of shape, but want to get back on track. I love how challenging but manageable your routine is. I used the modifications mostly, but pushed myself to complete the workout. Good workout. 😊

this is a good ab workout for me because I don't like to do planks as it strains by shoulders. It would be great if you could add an ab stretch at the end.

Yes, I love it. The move reaching to the side for the obliques was my favorite part. My only issue was neck pain. I had to modify just using only my legs at some points. My neck is weak from whiplash in a car accident 5 years ago. More modifications for neck strain would be helpful for some of us. Thank you!!
