My neck hurt when I started this program months ago, and I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. Notice that their neck is never flat to the floor. You want to keep your head a couple inches about the floor while doing these exercises & you won't have any neck pain. Hope that helps!

Hello, p4p. New Abs workout lvl 2 is more difficult than the old abs workout lvl 2. It's great. But i have burning in my Abs better in old workout. It's ok?
Did about 80% today, good to come back! This is the workout that led me into bodybuilding. Still can't do vertical leg crunches due to my tight hamstrings and back!

Try not use your neck to pull your body up; focus on thinking that your neck must be loose and the only muscles supposed to lift your body are those ABS. Pretty skinny can mean a lot of things but if you are skin and bones, think of getting a bit weight before training hard :)
Me either. My back hurts badly. I guess I'm too tall for this particular one. Not every exercise suits everyone. I replace it with floor wipes I found in another P4P program.

who gets pain to legs or neck... because your legs or neck tries to compensate your workout from abs (takes part of job from abs muscular) and if your legs or neck is weak u get pain. You should try to relax legs and neck how much is possible during workout and i suggest to do couple easy exercise for neck/legs before workout
tip for the neck: just keep the hands behind ur neck,, give it a lift from time to time, and it won't hurt the neck. anyway, alternate beats are way too hard,, no way in hell to do 40, i'm mixing it with scissors exercise, and have every 5 reps 2-3 seconds rest. that is something,, way harder than the previous level 2 even harder than creed or any other one. never tried level 3, will keep it up this month level 2 ,, after i'll give it a shot with level 3 :)
I always hear a "click" in my hips whenever I do leg raises, it doesn't really hurt but I am scared if I keep on going that it might lead to injury. How do I get rid of it?
Chingy Reacts I used to have them a lot while still in the process of growing up, don't worry needlessly, you might indeed want to do some exercices that will complement those and strenghten your hip. this workout won't make you progress much if you do not try anything else. I suggest trying a rowing machine, hiking or a team sport for a while ^^

The only way to get rid of fat is to burn calories - period. So by exercising, you will be burning more calories, and by building more lean muscle anywhere on your body, you will also be increasing your metabolism 24/7. Exercise also helps suppress your appetite, and helps to maintain healthy levels of blood sugars and hormones, including insulin, making it even easier to lose the fat. It has been proven time and time again that adding lean muscle is much more effective in the long run than any cardio for losing weight/fat. Besides, if you are doing the abs workout while you are losing the fat, by the time the fat is gone, your six or eight pack will already be developed! Win/win! Good luck.
I feel like level three focuses on higher abs rather than lower abs. Which is particularly why I do level more than level three it focuses on lower abs
so i'm 16 years old and i've been training for over 9 days now , i got used to level one on day 3 and i started level 2 on day 4 , i can do them with ease exept for the alternating beat abs :'( i can see the outline of my abs in the mirror and when i touch my stomach i can feel the edge of each pack , am i doing good?

Nothing. Just try to focalize working on Abs muscle and in meantime make some exercise for increase strength of your back muscles. In any case : NEVER GIVE UP!
it's normal try to muscle up your back somehow when i 'm doing this excercises I Just putt all of the pressure on ABS u need to put power on it, and focus on them to use it much more than your back
Make sure you are contacting your abs squeeze them. I would also do some planks which you will have to squeeze your abs and hold yourself up that will strengthen your core and lower back. Try it!🙂
sorry buddy, this sort of exercise won't make you slim. the muscles you're straining here are the abs and they have nothing to do with your belly fat that just COVERS the sexy things. so if you don't lose your weight or just maintain it at a reasonable level, you're gonna have a six-pack only you will know is even in there. but you can always do some cardio exercises to help you burn some calories, ride a bike, jog (just NOT on asphalt or cobbleblocks, trust me on this, i learned it the hard way, you're gonna wreck your knees otherwise) or swim if you can afford it, i hear that's the best
actually, according to some research workouts have very little to do with losing weight. They looked at people in Africa who have active nomadic lifestyles and there was little difference to people who sit behind a desk. The best way to slim down is not to overeat, reduce bad foods in your diet and you will slim down naturally, then your muscles should look defined.
Hiyaaaa! Have you tried Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (just google it)? Ive read some extraordinary things about it and my BF enjoyed great results with it.
focus on using the abs during the exercise, remember to keep your core tight like srsly lay down and just flex (i'm saying flex because i dont know the right word in english) your abs then when you start an exercise you will feel the abs geting "ripped" :)

It's very possible that you aren't doing the excersizes properly. Consider spending some time just checking how to properly execute each one.
