hi! i love your videos, i use these as my morning movement religiously!! i always wake up in the morning with a super stiff neck and upper back and while these practices always make me feel soooo good, i wish there was more of a neck stretching/ strengthening component 🥲

I suffer from chronic illness and whiplash, so your gentle yoga routines have been such a life saver for me. I’ve tried many other yoga channels in the past, but they were always too much for my body. Your routines are always the perfect Goldilocks zone and make me feel so happy that I could accomplish some exercise in my day ☺️ I really love the sessions where we do tapping, so this particular video is a fave ❤️

Been loving standing poses more as I don't do them as often as other poses. Warrior variations/triangle, even lunge variations have been offering a lot of space into my body. I also love spending long periods of time in these poses finding holds or flowing movements in and out of postures feels really good.
Happy baby is one of my favourite prone poses because if you rock side to side you can also massage the muscles along the spine! Great for blood flow and tension 🫶 thank you so much for joining!
