Bro i made this and eating 200gms of moong dal is just impossible it increases so much in quantity i tried eating it for 1 week and it took me almost 3 hours to finish just the whole moong dal and rice meal its possible in theory but not practical at all🥲
Divide in 2 meals
Also add buttermilk for easy digestion

Sir great...protein and carbs profile is good. But excess fats not required for lean muscle gains. Cut down paneer, banana and potato.

I got injured during deadlift in gym and in MRI they told i have L4 & L5-S1 slip disc.

@@as-hd4pv paneer contain casein protein which is complete protein (all essential amino acids are available) but casein is slow digesting as well as... So after work out or exercise don't go for casein... Go for other options
