Your instructions are so clear that I was able to keep my eyes closed through much of the routine, adding to the sense of peace and flow. I just peeked at the video once in awhile to make sure I was properly aligned. It was perfect!

I follow you channel for some time now, but only occationally did some short Pilates Workout, as I mostly follow the Walk at home plans for years now. But since trying it out 7 years ago I always loved Pilates as I love Stretching and try to do both in some regular Fashion. I also have not commented on anything yet, but I really have to compliment you on and thank you for this routine. I have the typical 8-hour-deskjob and come out of it with stiff neck-shoulder-arm area (mouse arm) and really tight hamstrings. Most routines you can find focus on one or another with focus mostly on thighs and hamstrings. That always leaves me hard pressed to do either one or the other or to routines in a row. This workout really includes all main muscle groups from head to toe while being only 20 minutes short, it's a wonder :) And it's so difficult to find routines like that. So this will become my daily evening stretch routine from today on. Again lots of praises and gratitude!!!

I've really been hoping for something like this - a chill 20 min Yoga class 😍😍 something I can do whenever I feel like getting a stretch and feel comfortable, with varying moves. 🤩 this just fits the bill. 😀 honestly I struggle to do Yoga with other trainers at this point and on days where I do your Pilates or Barre classes I often also feel like doing some more gentle Yoga/stretching but sometimes lack ideas when I do Yoga on my own.
