I found your channel when I was suffering severe adrenal fatigue after my newborn son didn't sleep through the night for 2 and a half years. I had spent so much time pouring into my children and neglecting myself, and my body just began to shut down. I decided that I would try to find a realistic goal to spend at least 15 minutes a night after my son went to bed doing something good for my body. Your videos have not only helped my body recover, but have helped me build strength and flexibility that I didn't have even prior to having children. I feel physically much better, and mentally much more sound, and I want you to know that I am so grateful for the time and effort that you put into what you do. It was a major step in saving my health.
God bless you for surviving that. It takes such a strong mind to make a decision to actually move. Well done and never forget, you did that!! Pretty much you can do anything now.
Adrenal fatigue can be taxing. In fact I wouldn’t normally do this kind of flow when not on my period, but as I’m recovering from Adrenal fatigue myself, I’m taking things super easy. After years of not knowing my limit, I believe I’m getting to grips with how to get my body out of adrenal fatigue in a few short weeks; Sleeping for at least 8 hours or more per night. Highly nutritious, protein rich meals 5 times per day. Absolutely NO strenuous exercises. Supplements magnesium, b12 & tonnes of omega 3. Lower stress as much as possible. Castor oil wrap over the adrenal glands at night. If I don’t do these things. I’ll be under the fatigue for weeks on end with slow recovery.
I also suffered from adrenal fatigue back in 2017, also if your an empath your more prone to adrenal fatigue and auto immune disorders. Mainly because we absorb everyone's emotions around us and it takes a toll on our health, if we do not have boundaries, which means learning to say no sometimes to people and situations and not feeling guilty that is true self love and care. It's so important to incorporate self care a on a daily basis. What helped me recover was taking better care of myself, by getting enough sleep, and nap if your body wants that, eating healthy, and I also took an adrenal supplement that helps with adrenal fatique, because your adrenals are burnt out and you have no energy. It sucks waking up feeling tired. I've been there, and a good B Complex which helps to relax the nervous system. And no strenuous exercise, until you revover from adrenal fatigue. . Because that will deplete your energy even more.I would say feel good yoga or pilates, or just stretching. I have been doing Nicole's workouts since she started during covid. I love her workouts. Calming for the mind, body, and soul. Thank you Nicole.

A year and a half ago I started suffering from my spine, I was in therapy but the pain just wouldn't go away, I was afraid to move. Until I decided to start following this channel, and my life changed completely. I am really very grateful, now I no longer have pain, I can move with more confidence and I feel more flexible and stronger!

Nicole, your videos are amazing. I love how I can select what I want; to challenge my body, or pamper my body. This class, in particular, has really helped me with my chronic neck and back pain that I've for over 20 years due to a car accident. It prevents flare ups in my pain, and I've noticed that flare ups are also less intense. I've reduced the anti-inflammatory drugs I have to take during flare ups since doing this series regularly. And I didn't have to pay a fortune to join a yoga studio to do it. I am very grateful to you. Sending love from NY.

I've recognized the parts of my body I've been neglecting and this was so relaxing. Wow you have made me re-discover yoga in a way I never knew. I used to do it years ago but it wasn’t benefiting me as I wasn’t mindful but this time I am and it’s really making a difference in my life. 💓I have rather pointy knees😂and it really hurts when I’m in the position with one leg between your hands and the other stretched behind ~ maybe I’ll start using a blanket on the mat in those sections☺️
