- Take the time out for yourself to tune into your breath and your body with this 20 Minute Stretch Routine. This yoga-inspired flow is perfect to wake-up your body in the morning or relax your body in the evening. You could also use this video as a cool down after one of my workouts. I hope you enjoy this feel good flow! :)

It wasn't just a stretch, it was a fullbody exercise, enjoyed a lot.
How can any sane individual not give all of Nicole's videos 5 stars and double thumbs up?! She is so well explained, soft, slow, and spot-on with her technique and flow!
I don't do any workout videos on UA-cam except for hers. She truly is amazing!!! ❤🥰 I've tried others but I really don't like when the trainers are yelling or are too upbeat.
I wish she has said in the description this is not for beginner. It was good but tough.

I love the yoga elements you use in all your videos, I’m not sure if it’s typical in Pilates but I feel like you give us such well rounded work outs with weights and body weight and yoga that I choose your content over everything, you’re amazing!

Thank you for this, I want to get my flexibility back, since i stopped poledancing and started lifting weights, my muscles really tightened and this is a great start to get my stretches back. This was just what I was looking for, wanted something to unwind and stretch the muscles before going to bed and this was perfect. I don’t feel tensed or anxious anymore. I’m ready to just take a bath and sleep feeling good. Once again Nicole has done it 🙌🏻🫶🏻

It's incredible how much difference there's between one side of the body and the other sometimes. I couldn't absolutely balance on the left leg, but the right leg supported me perfectly and I managed to even bend my knee and grab my ankle. Well, I guess I am learning more about my body🤗
Very much enjoyed this one as I didn’t have the stamina to do my usual 45 minute morning yoga. Could have done without the half moons this early though, always hate those 🥲. Thank you!

I used to do yoga self taught just reading books and doing what my body told me but life happened and I quit years ago. I’ve decided I’m getting closer to 30 and it’s time to start taking care of my body better. I’m very thankful for your beginner videos. I went for a run for the first time in 2 months yesterday and woke up with extremely sore legs and hips. This was an amazing video to help soothe my sore muscles.

I always check, well, count down the minutes left for the ending of a workout, and it feels so slow.. even other stretching videos of 10-15 minutes feel slow. But the way Nicole explains everything and that relaxing tone , made the time pass, like, she said it's the end and i was like "what? We started 5 min ago howww".

Thank you nicole for your videos, I am a college student with loads of studying to do and my shoulders were messed up - they literally made audible cracking sounds when I rolled or moved them. I've been perusing your channel for 2 weeks or maybe more and doing a video of yours everyday for that duration and now my shoulders are suprisingly silent. Now I don't do any other workouts than yours.
Also I've had my issues with anxiety, eating and all that stuff and now using ssri's but these workouts in the morning before everything else really do affect my mental health positively. Thank you❤
