    Woke up late this morning, relieved a short class was on the schedule. I feel strong and confident to handle whatever brings after successfully finishing class. Now to practice focus and patience so I don’t rush my day, but enjoy it! Have a great day everyone - make it your best!

    I really love these 20 min low impact workouts. They get the heart rate up and work the body, but aren't so demanding to put me off doing them again!

    I don’t know if you will see this but THANK YOU! I’m a mom of two and homeschool my girls. I finally started putting myself first but didn’t know where to start. Your videos are the best thing I’ve found. I’ve been doing your videos for 6 months and finally feel so proud of myself and so beautiful again.. You have no idea how amazing this is.     This was amazing! I truly needed this boost of energy to begin my day! I always love your pauses in between circuits; it truly helps me to nurture my muscles and recover. It also shows how cognizant you are of tailoring your course to fit everyone's level. You need challenges to help improve your ability, but they should be delivered with mindfulness, so I always appreciate instructors who execute this. I'm a yoga instructor, so I typically never do cardio unless I'm practicing a power flow, but lately, I've been focused on building strength, and your workouts have been a phenomenal help!

    I truly appreciate your videos, your instructions are so clear and your voice is calm and soothing. I love that I can just scroll through and pick which type of workout I want to do for the day depending on my mood and energy - most importantly, you have inspired me to keep moving no matter what. Even on days I feel super tired/stressed, I look forward to my workout because I always feel so much better afterwards (sometimes I even burn through 2 or 3 videos 😁). Thank you so much for all that you do, your channel has been an absolute game changer for me!

    This was my first ever Pilates workout! As someone who works out nearly everyday I found this pleasantly challenging and will Definitley be incorporating Pilates more often!

    This was by far my fav work out . I didn’t think I could work up a good sweat and feel like I got cardio in with Pilates but this was great I love to see more like this I’m definitely gonna incorporate these throughout the week

    i hadn’t done cardio in a few weeks and honestly thought i wouldn’t be able to manage even a short workout but seeing this in my subscriptions pushed me to at least try and i’m so glad i did bc it was honestly so much fun (and proved to me how i haven’t become a total couch potato yet after all lol)! 💗💗

    Your classes are just brilliant Nicole. I'm 54 and have pulled back my hard core workouts to weight training 2 times per week and the rest with you. It's really working better for my body. Thanks for your wonderful instructional workouts.

    Thank you Nicole! I was not sure that reelly needed a workout this evening but this was I was looking for! Always perfect performed exercises and your voice... it is also a mental treatment. I used to have pains in my muscles after doing workouts but since I did your workouts they almost disappeared!

    I’ve been doing your workouts since December starting with the beginner playlist and now I’m on the moderate playlist and this was the first time I actually found the class easy (except for the gentle flow one). Thanks so much, I can see an improvement in my strength :)

    Definitely I Love this Workout! It's so complete, challenging and Funny.
