- If you want to have your best strength workout, a proper warm-up should always be included! I've got a quick full-body warm-up that you can do before any resistance training session!
During our warm up we will focus on preparing the muscles for strength building and include ankle, hip, and shoulder mobility to ensure our joints are ready too! Properly getting your body ready and warm for a workout will help you give it your all from the very first set.
