    Perfect start before I did a 10- min butt and thigh with no equipment, then a 25 minute total body with weights that was heavy on the lower body. Love the body part specific warm up!

    Hi Kelli & Daniel! I've always wanted to tell you this (but never had the chance to) you guys changed my life and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Words can't describe my greatfulness so I'm gonna keep it short. Just know that you guys pulled one more person from the verge of suicide. And also thanks for leaving me sore after every workout!
    Couple of more reasons to love & workout with FB:
    -They always talk you through the workout and make sure you're keeping a good form.
    -They are the best workout buddies.
    -Their exercises are so fun that you never get bored and don't even realise that you've worked out for 45 minutes.
    -They are so reliable and down to earth.
    -They are so FREaAKING CUTE YOU GOTTA LOVE EM

    I would love to see a lower body specific stand-alone cool down to tack onto workouts like this. A lot of the cool downs are really heavy on arms or not thorough enough after a punishing lower body segment. Sure, I can cool down myself, but sometimes you just want to do it on autopilot.

    • @1981lashlarue
      @1981lashlarue 6 років тому

      I'll second that. Same with upper body. I'd love to see specific warm ups and cool downs for those type of workouts.

    This is the second routine I've done and while I was doing it I realised I was smiling😱
    I've been working out for a couple of years with different routines from different people and I've always hated it but now I was smiling;I was happy.
    I already know I'll get the results I want because your routines are pretty awesome and I've never heard any complaints from anyone but now I know it will also be good for me mentally and emotionally because I enjoy it.
    Maybe I shouldn't say this,since it's pretty soon but...thank you so much!❤

    Great exercises!
    I'm a guy, 5 feet 9 inches tall......I initially went from 168 lbs to 161 simply by watching my intake and some mild exercise, after which I started doing HIIT and strength routines. After less than 3 weeks of FB workouts I dropped some more weight and I'm now down to about 155 lbs. Definitely going to keep this up, body fat is dropping nicely (went down from average to fitness level) and muscles are starting to show.

Make sure to use our site's search tool; just select "core" and there are hundreds of options: www.fitnessblender.com/videos Also keep in mind that some of those "butt and thigh" workouts that I love so much are often more functional & effective (or at least as effective as) any core workout. "Abs workouts" are not necessarily the smartest thing you can do for your core: ua-cam.com/video/6m604AOx4Nw/v-deo.html

    • @jordanenogue-ouellette6852
      @jordanenogue-ouellette6852 3 роки тому

      Hi! Apparently, it's better to switch which body part you train every day. Example: leg day, then upper body day, then core, then upper body, then leg day, etc. Personally I'm sore after every single work out I do, so if you don't feel anything AT ALL the 2-3 days after your work outs, perhaps you should consider lifting heavier weights, do more reps, do a harder form of said exercize or work out for a longer period of time to make sure it's really working?

    I've gained a lot of weight recently because of these pills I had to take and I'm ready to kick it into high gear! It's not very encouraging when you gain weight whilst you're seemingly eating and working out like you always do but I'll push through :)

    • @fitnessblender
      @fitnessblender  8 років тому +1

      +Mouza Al Mualla That's aggravating! Try to think about the working out & eating healthy in terms of what it's doing for your health. Forget the scale and go off of how much better you feel when you treat your body right.

    • @mouzaalmualla3084
      @mouzaalmualla3084 8 років тому

      +FitnessBlender It is quite frustrating! And I am working on doing exactly that, its helped me cope and not dig myself a deeper hole in terms of "getting back on the wagon", and I've also been feeling great since I've stopped the pill.

    100 Sit Ups Rep
    100 Crunches Rep
    1 Minute Plank
    10 Heel Touches
    20 Leg Raises
    10 Flutter Kicks
    25 Cross Crunches
    20 Raised Leg Crunches

    Is this a good workout for a 150 Pound 5'8 15 year old?

    • @elaineez
      @elaineez 8 років тому

      +Spahrtan Sounds intense but also a little over done, instead of 100 reps why not do the whole routine with half the amount of reps, but twice through with a water break in between? Other than that if your body can handle it go ahead!

    • @spahrtan412
      @spahrtan412 8 років тому

      +Elaine Z like do 50 push-ups and so on just cutting everything in half and then get water and do it again?

    • @elaineez
      @elaineez 8 років тому

      +Spahrtan yeah or even cutting it into 4 parts. That way you're still doing the same thing but it'll be less boring and have less of a toll on your body

    • @spahrtan412
      @spahrtan412 8 років тому

      +Elaine Z 4 parts would be 25 push ups at a time and that's a regular rep for me I don't think 4 parts would do much for me but 2 parts might help

    • @elaineez
      @elaineez 8 років тому

      Spahrtan well in the end, go for what you think will leave an impact without overdoing anything. So if 2 parts is cool then try it out

  • @reanna2109
    @reanna2109 8 років тому

    If I do there videos every time they post for however long it takes for them to post again will I lose weight. I want to lose weight without my mom knowing someone help. I'm on a secret diet. Don't ask why just help please

    • @mouzaalmualla3084
      @mouzaalmualla3084 8 років тому

      Please, don't fall into the "diet" state of mind. Just don't. It will set you up for failure, and you will soon end up in a never ending cycle of starving and binging. It always happens!
      K&D also definitely recommend this, and always mention it in their videos: EAT! Eat anything, as long as it is unprocessed and good for your body. Don't go on a "diet", just eat like you think your body would like you to and you will feel infinitely better.
      In the case of working out, I'm not sure what you need help with but working out anywhere from 2-6 times a week is the norm and is totally up to you. Don't overwork yourself (not more than an hour each day, more or less!) and make sure to not work out the same body part two days in a row, also make sure to have a rest day every once in a while. Since you said you're working out "secretly", I'm assuming you can't get to weights; in that case, l anything you can get your hands on that has weight will definitely suffice (ie: milk jugs, backpacks)! Strength train AND do cardio, don't just do cardio if you can. Most importantly, don't do this to simply lose weight, or you will never maintain after you reach your goal, do this for the sake of your body and your mind!
      Hope I helped! I'm sorry my reply is so long but I just feel so strongly about making sure people don't go down the wrong path, good luck :)

    I'm so addicted to you guys, I keep on checking my UA-cam every day to see if you have uploaded a new workout video. I love to workout with you guys especially strength workouts.
