I'm 75 and I just love your exercises. They are so focused and well explained and performed by the kind of people I could enjoy having a cup of coffee with. They are perfect exercises for people like me who do not really like indoor exercises. This one, I do almost every morning. Thanks!
Sometimes if I’m struggling for energy doing a warm up Spurs me onto the full workout once I start to enjoy the movement. But if I really needed the rest I would feel absolutely fine about doing the warm up only.

I just did this warmup twice and it was fantastic! I’m currently five months pregnant and I haven’t worked out in the past 3 to 4 months and this was the perfect “get back into it” workout. Thanks you guys! Side note: I’ve done fitnessblender‘s intermediate to advanced workout videos for years now.

I love your exercises and they made me fit and healthy for five years. I work out with you five days a week for five years. But unfortunately I had the Covid-19 a month ago and could not exercise. I used to do your most intense workouts easily but now I can't. I'm recovering so I need to do more low impact and easy on the lungs&heart exercises. Please do some new (maybe a gets harder according to your recovery level week by week series🤷) workout videos for your recovering but also want to stay active fans like me. Love you and God bless 🙏

QUESTION FOR YOU! I have struggled with the burpees and pushup exercises because my wrists are very inflexible and weak (had some wrist injuries a while back). I am starting to stretch and strengthen my wrists with various exercises, but in the meantime, what exercises would you recommend I do in place of the burpees and pushups (or any exercise that puts weight on/extends my wrists)? When these types of exercises come up in the videos, I tend to default to other cardio exercises that focus more on the lower body, and my upper body gets neglected. Thank you!

Hey Kelly!! I was wondering if you guys would ever do any pregnancy-related exercises at some point? I don't think you've ever been pregnant but I don't think that would matter when you guys are so educated. I'm super nauseous so there's nothing that can get me out of bed right now.
