This is perfect for me in the morning when I don't wake up early enough for a full 30+ minutes. I would love more of these short ones that incorporate a warm up and cool down.
These short workouts are really good. I sometimes do them in the break time during work. When you work a lot you dont always have time for gym. Im following meal plan from Next Level Diet which means Im eating clean in combination with these workouts its really everything you need to stay in shape. Big like.

Lol. If I watch the workout I have usually thought about it too much and end up not working out. I always say don't think about it or it gets overwhelming, just start moving. All he is doing is marching, you can do that for a few seconds. Then just commit to one move at time. I also enjoy Boss Family Dance Workouts when I am having trouble getting motivated.

Amazing!!!! One of my favourite Fitness Blender workouts ever and I've been with you for a while and usually I love the chance to pull out my dumbbells, but this was exactly what I needed. Sometimes you need a better than nothing workout to get across the line when the stressors are piling up and also when you're trying to ease back into it after being sick. Would love more like these. Thanks Daniel, this was GREAT! Many have said it already, but such a short session looked feasible after a long day and evening.. Not much motivation.. But it worked perfectly for feeling 100times better and prouder! Now, I feel like I can do more and get back into a routine! Thanks a lot, as always 👍👍

absolutely loved it! I especially love it cause it has a warm-up and a cooldown, cause that's my biggest problem when I'm short of time. Whenever I try to find an under 20-minute workout on the website, nearly all of them don't have either of those.
Love this concept and I like that a lot of these exercises could be modified with weights or a jump, time/energy permitting. Love you guys! ❤️

I love this low impact workout specially now with my ankle recovering from injury I do it in a very slow motion trying to recover faster and stronger it’s a challenge now But before the injury it was super simple But a very good workout

Not sure if you have many moms who do your workouts but I have two kids under 3, one is exclusively nursing and this workout is perfect! I would love more short workouts like this because honestly...a lot of times 15-20 mins is all I can spare! Thanks for helping this mommy get back into shape post partum!

Nice...actually used all as an extended warmup for a bike/kettlebell cardio workout at home..then used the cool down to finish. It will definitely be used again, either as I just did or for those days when I just need to get something moving even for 15 minutes.
Just wanted to say I loved this. This format worked so well for me. I didn’t think I’d have the energy or time to do a full workout so I chose this and realized after the second round that I did have the energy to do more. I rewound and did it a second time!! Love it because of the flexibility!!

I like it, its quick and pumps the blood enough to start your day. If you have more time and want to keep that pump going you can do this exercise set again or go for their other workouts.

This is great. Could you do a 15-20 min workout with only a few simple but effective movements please - something that addresses different areas of the body for toning and muscle but is not complicated for those of us who are not naturally good at exercise? Like a set of 6-8 movements targeting specific areas with 10-12 repetitions each, very focused and maximum results? Or am I asking something that cannot be done?

Would you consider making a series of 4 or 5 videos like this for times when you're super busy and/or low on energy? Or just for people who want a well-rounded workout without dedicating too much time.
Try it out! I get maybe 10 - 15 mins some days and double up throughout the day if I can. You feel so good after. A quick adrenaline happy boost to start the day or just feel good on the inside because you took a moment to do something for yourself😊

I did this workout today and noticed to that I didn't have the full range of motion that I wanted.
If I did this workout three times a week for two-three times each day would this help to improve strength and range of motion?
I've lost 200 from cardio and lifestyle changes with food but feel a need for strength training to lose inches and strength muscles to avoid pains and weakness in joints.
"better than nothing" is a cool name for a beginner workout program :D
Fun fact, there was a wedding band in my city called something like "could've been worse", just remembered that, haha
I've often wondered this in videos, is there a substitute for exercises that require laying on your belly like superman or that laying down and pulling arms backwards? I was in an accident years ago that broke 8 rips which prevents me from this exercise. I often try to stay moving or do another exercise, but I thought I'd ask to see if the benefits of this exercise can be accomplished another way that doesn't put full weight on ribs.
