But you can't go wrong by calling her a woman. Think about it this way...you did not say, "...having that boy in the background telling you exactly what to do was so helpful." Most men would be offended and feel disrespected if you called them a boy. Same for many women. By the way, I agree with you, this is an excellent video.
Aisha Manea it's really nice to know people can see a difference I wish I could play music at the same time :) 1st day I'm over weight and my arms are the things that are making me feel self conscious but I think with doing this perhaps every day or every other day and maybe some WII Fit and a healthier diet I could were sleeveless tops in summer in 25 degree heat
it seemed so easy at first that I was kinda disappointed but after reading the comments I was like "why are they so weak" so I kept doing the workout and my arms are burning now. I love your workouts, thank you
that was great! I have been doing those wrong up until now because I didn't know you were supposed to tighten all of your muscles! What a workout it ends up being..!
I've been doing this on alternate days, thrice per session (30mins) with 20 secs recovery time in between the 3 repetitions for 3 weeks now and I've seen really good results (considering that no equipment is needed). I'm relatively skinny to start with (48kg) but now I can see my biceps and triceps bulging out (the lean muscles kind) whenever I contract the muscles and it's still visible slightly when I don't! I love my body now lol It's really tedious and challenging on the mentality cause basically you're creating an "imaginary" weight for yourself here. You decide the resistance and if you try your best contracting your muscles every time you do it, you should be able to see results like mine too :) Good luck!
This was a nice, simple workout that I definitely underestimated. My upper arm was burning by mid workout especially during those mini pushups! You guys never cease to amaze me. A simple workout goes a long way!!!
omg....my arms hurt ...so bad...i did it twice....an now...this is the tightest i ever felt my arms even when i did use to work out every day like a year ago,,,but still this is the tighest my arms ever felt lol...even when i went to the gym..an did weight training...thats.crazy an it's so simple..thanks i been looking for something to do at home where i can still feel the burn but not need to go get weights or go to the gym
Has helped me. I do it 2x daily 5-6 days a week for almost 2 months in addition to other workouts. All my back flab has disappeared. Neck fat and arm fat are starting to shrink now as well.
I love this one because it 's short enough to do when you're taking a break and you don't need any equipment. Fitness Blender workouts are the best because there's no music. I can't stand "club" music or the horrible rock music that most UA-cam workouts play. Thanks!

The key to this workout is contracting your other muscle groups and just making your upper body do the work. The more you keep the other muscles still and stiff as possible, the more we feel the burn :D awesome workout !
This workout is fantastic. It is really quick, but difficult if you do it right. I've been trying to do it alongside cardio 3/4 times a week for the past couple of weeks. My arms feel much more toned, and my shoulders are looking more defined too. Thanks!
I'm 14 years old and this work out is amazing, I'm very skinny and I'm tired of it, so I'm making a change. So a year from now I should have a transformation video. I really want to lose arm fat by october and mind you the burn feels beautiful it feels like I'm achieving something! I'll be putting this into my "watch Later" which has all my exercises in there. Now time to go work out on a flatter stomach, legs and get a bigger butt woo!
I used to do weights for arm toning, and ended up in a predictable routine. Also, my right shoulder would hurt like hell when lifting heavy weights. Glad I found this, helps me tone my arms without the use of anything but my body. This workout burns the triceps, and muscles between shoulders and neck.
First time I did this I struggled and had to put my arms down quite a few times. Now on day 5 and manage to go through the whole video without stopping once!

so i just started exercising and wanted to find something that wouldnt make me feel like a total failure when I give up. This is awesome because you work against yourself so if its to tiring you can apply less pressure. I love it and plan on doing this at least once a week if not more!

I absolutely loved this workout. I was looking for something short and this was it. When I saw the first workout I said oh this is going to be easy. Boy was I wrong. This is really challenging for me. I have heavy arms and this really got them burning feeling like jelly. Lol I still cant feel my arms. I did it twice and wanted to do it one more time but I just cant feel my arms. Definitely excited to do this again next week for my upper body workout. Loved it. @@mahalakshmianbarasan2317 , I did not loose weight with these exercices or any other, for that I had to change my diet mostly by removing the sweets ( I used to eat frequently and gain some kilos). But these exercices helped me maintain the muscles and the skin in good shape.

This was surprisingly tough! I normally do kettlebell workouts but I haven't had as much time to go to the gym lately so I chose to get my workout in at home. I feel like this hit muscles I normally don't workout. I would love to see more of these types of workouts!

Just started some of these videos and they are GREAT!!! So much better than the fake peppy voices on others. I love how each movement is explained AND a constant reminder of what/where to keep contracted to get the best results without the generic, "you can do this".
Whenever I have to go back to my beginner fitness level after pregnancy and post partum, I start with this workout for upper body...for a while. It's simple but so effective and helps protect me from injury by jumping into using weights too quickly.

I can't go through the rhomboid pulls for the entire minute. The day I will finish it for the entire minute without putting my arms down would be a very big achievement for myself.

I changed my diet I've been using this video plus a 15 minutes hiit workout and I've lost 75 lb
it's really working! my arms are toner now and I feel stronger,just keep going and never give up!

I don't think you were doing it properly. When do it you should feel it in whatever area of the arm the man is saying in the background
Really squeeze your muscles work against yourself and add light Dumbbells to this if you find it easy. My arms are on fire after!

Just started some of these videos and they are GREAT!!! So much better than the fake peppy voices on others. I love how each movement is explained AND a constant reminder of what/where to keep contracted to get the best results without the generic, "you can do this".

This is a great workout. I really like the simplicity of it but you definitely feel the work-out.

I just tried this for the first time and I must say that I definitely feel the burn. I really like it and I will suggest it to some people.

Whenever I have to go back to my beginner fitness level after pregnancy and post partum, I start with this workout for upper body...for a while. It's simple but so effective and helps protect me from injury by jumping into using weights too quickly.

Hi i love these workouts. i do one video a day ( the 10mins ones) cuz of the time limits and its suit me fine. its easy to do and mu body shows great results.

I can't go through the rhomboid pulls for the entire minute. The day I will finish it for the entire minute without putting my arms down would be a very big achievement for myself.

No I dont think so... broad shoulders are determined by your bone structure and can't be modified with exercise
thank you! have SI joint & pelvic tilt issues so Ive got to not put any weight on things & this is 1st non-weight upper body workout Ive found that you can feel burn!
