I made it - thank you Tim! I also want to share with you my experience on this challenge so far. I suffered a dramatic loss of range of motion in my left hip in October - the result of damage and arthritis. I stopped doing yoga and many of the activities I had enjoyed before. I could barely walk and the pain was waking me at night - I had constant low-level pain. And I was miserable. I decided to join you on this challenge, take things very gently and see if it would improve my hip situation. Well! Just 15 Days into the challenge I have recovered some of my range of motion - not a huge amount, which I wouldn't expect after only two weeks of practice, but enough to make me feel much more positive about my situation and the possibility of recovering further. I have built back strength in my quads, glutes and hip flexors and the pain is much more manageable. So I really have a lot to be thankful for. I'm looking forward to contiuing on the challenge and rejoining the CMC. 🙏

I wanted to share that I have a similar story in some ways: I have had a ton of surgery and although the gym (where I do some yoga) kept me pretty mobile, it's practicing with Tim's videos that has given me clearly improved mobility and strength to the point where I almost don't even notice the spots where muscle is missing, nerves were cut etc. It's pretty incredible, and I find his way of teaching just the most effective I've ever seen. I made it! I've practiced yoga for over 20 years, almost all through videos and UA-cam and in just 15 days with you I've learned so much. Your teaching style has opened my understanding on so many of these poses and I'm excited to improve. You've convinced me to go back and repeat from Day 1 so that's where I'm going. I had been practicing with another well known UA-cam yoga channel for the past 3 years and those practices don't hold a candle to the instruction you've given me. THANK YOU!

You are a great teacher! I was able to lift my feet (comfortably) on the arm balance! So crazy, I did not expect to be able to do that!!! I planned on repeating this 30 day series, becuase I have learned so much with little tweaks and holds. And I feel so relaxed and happy after the practice. I’m excited that it’s actually cut a little shorter to 15 days to repeat multiple times! You’re an awesome teacher, love the corny jokes, I dropped it like it was hot 🤪. 30/30 I've completed the 30 day the last 5 years but this is the first year I've completed it in 30 days! I've been a member of the Conscious movement community for 3 or 4 years. Highly recommend it to anyone with even a mild interest in yoga, it will make your life better 🙂

Just a testimonial for the Conscious Movement Community- if you are on the fence, I highly recommend signing up! Tim really focuses on and makes sure that you have good foundations before you start doing harder poses before you are ready (this was me and I think it contributed to many shoulder issues). I am a personal trainer and the movements/mobility/strength poses have significant crossover functions for me while lifting, and I recommend Tim's videos to my clients as well because of his excellent cueing and skill building sequencing. I have done many UA-cam yoga videos and Tim is hands down the best to learn from and come back to again and again. Sometimes I will stray, thinking I want a more difficult or creative sequence, and every time I think, "damn it, should have just done a Tim video". Also, his jokes can't be beat. I did these exercises this morning and felt full energy and after these I practiced the headstand “Shishasana” again always finding my balance and it was wonderful to started a happy day. Day 3-ZERO!!!! I did it. Even after long days working in an ICU, I showed up. Even on the days my back was tight, I showed up. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so good! I injured my back a few years ago, had to have surgery and never returned to my favorite activities; yoga and skiing. Well, this month I did both!! Thanks to your gentle guidance and attention to alignment my back feels amazing, I feel like I’m standing taller and I am so proud of myself. It felt a little lonely the second time through, didn’t see others commenting on their journey anymore, so I appreciate your continued responses. Thank you!! I feel great!

Yayyyy! did the 30 days, and am joining the CMC today. I'll start, of course, with What's Next! Thank you for the best teaching I've ever encountered, Tim--and I've been doing fitness classes of various sorts since the Jane Fonda Workout days, so I've encountered a lot! I'm from Jurassic times! etc. I discovered you by way of a yoga instructor at my gym whose classes I found to be so transformative--and he said you are his biggest influence. The ripples go out, dude! Thank you again and looking forward to finally joining CMC, it's overdue as I've known about you and followed your videos for some months now.

I did these exercises this morning and felt full energy and after these I practiced the headstand “Shishasana” again always finding my balance and it was wonderful to started a happy day. I am sorry that I have not made a comment Yesterday as You requested. But I receive your e-mails many hours later, than I do the daily yoga excercises.
Overall Yesterday -it made sense to me why You want us to do day 1 and forward again. The excercises become deeper, breathing is better and the balance and understanding makes much more sense now.

Day 3-ZERO!!!! I did it. Even after long days working in an ICU, I showed up. Even on the days my back was tight, I showed up. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so good! I injured my back a few years ago, had to have surgery and never returned to my favorite activities; yoga and skiing. Well, this month I did both!! Thanks to your gentle guidance and attention to alignment my back feels amazing, I feel like I’m standing taller and I am so proud of myself. It felt a little lonely the second time through, didn’t see others commenting on their journey anymore, so I appreciate your continued responses. Thank you!! I feel great!
