- Do this 20 Minute Yoga Workout Every Morning. It's designed to wake up and strengthen the core muscles. Training legs and glutes is also necessary to help support and activate the core, so there is a good amount of energy focused on the legs.

Hi Tim, I have some vartebrae problems in lumbar region, pain is going in left buttock..Some recommendation in yoga practice? Are the all asanas good for me? Like backbands, downdog... Do I need practice only statice asanas? Thank you

I was hoping that you could do like a breathing techniques series that educates about different breath practices, because a lot of us here struggle with anxiety and you do such a wonderful job of helping with the breathing. Maybe like a series that has videos with 15 minutes of physical practice and then 15 minutes of breath work, each video teaching us more and more about the different breathing techniques. Thank you for being you :-)

for me, this routine was close to perfect both in intensity level and timing. No matter how much I think I want to, in the mornings I just can't make myself commit to practices that go over half an hour... so I very much appreciated how this short practice was challenging, but not over the top, and how there was even time for a breathing exercise. Thank you Tim!

I have a standing work station and often forget to take time and move around. Then I wonder why my back, knees and hips are so stiff. :-) This was a perfect break - feels great to get everything moving again.

Hi Tim, great lessons, love them..clear and slow instructions which are great for a beginner like me. .🙏 thanks...I strained my hamstring last week, maybe a small tear and I was wondering if there was a yoga practice that could help recover my hamstring a bit; or a practice that is safe to do with an injured hamstring; Im a little afraid to do downwards in fear that it will make things worse..🙂

You're so welcome! The best thing to do with your hamstring is rest. Once it heals its a good idea to start strengthening it gently. I would not recommend any stretching as the reason its like that is because of it, and stretching it ( as good or bad as it may feel ) may aggravate it ( think of it like picking a scab that is healing ).
Great way to start the day - could you do a few night routine - relax after a busy day.

Wow! You're so on point with this morning routine Tim, it made me feel like I could concur the rest of my hectic day. Plus helped stretch those areas that need a little jump start in the morning. I have serious lung issues so I try to use diaphragmatic breathing whenever possible, staves off the panic attacks. All in all a great class.Did anyone's knees crack like mine when doing the squats?

Enjoyed immensely. I am, however, still working in my hip flexors (which are compromised after 38 yrs classical ballet) instead of abs. All these years, and I can't get out of them...perhaps some help from yourself? Also, the end stretches for this gal could be a wee bit longer. I love ab workouts. Keep

Thanks Tim, this was the perfect little morning wake-up! Core work, leg strengthening, a bit of stretching, a bit of breathing...perfect! I'd definitely love to see more of these short videos with some strengthening exercises for different parts of the body, along with the core work, stretching and breathing. I can do this on those mornings when I have to rush out the door, or I can add it on to one of the longer videos if I have a bit more time.
One request...could you add this to the cmc site? I could do without the noisy UA-cam ads that wake up my husband at 6AM! ;-)

Thanks for the video Tim! I have the tightest hip flexors and hamstrings so the floor work is always challenging, should I just practice dandasana?
You're welcome Maxon! Practice the seated poses with a blanket or block under your sit bones, that will lift the floor up a bit and make it a bit more comfortable.

Work is super stressful at the moment, and I've not been sleeping well either due to being a light sleeper with excessive noise around late at night and in the early morning. I could honestly feel what the stress was doing to my entire body. I knew I needed to do some exercise or meditation or something, but every time I went to do it, my brain switched into work mode and I ended up working instead. I finally forced myself to jump onto your channel after a long break, and did this morning routine.... Damn I needed this!! My body feels better and my mind is much less clouded and dull. The short meditation at the end was the perfect way to finish the routine. Thank you!!!
Now I just need to remind myself it's ok to take the time to do this in the morning XD

I’m such a fan of yours and have done every video you release, and although I’m in the minority here, this wasn’t one of my favorites. I felt the pacing was a little too fast and you felt rushed to get through it. There wasn’t much of an introduction either, we just got right to it without any centering or preparation. Still love all that you do! Thank you for your great spirit. 🙏🏻

I love your flows Tim, no matter how long or at what pace, I know I’ll work up a sweat! I like the slow strong flows as I have really low blood pressure, could you maybe do a sequence for people with low blood pressure? Have a great day x
Hi Alice. That might be a tricky one for me as i'm not a health professional so I don't know how I would approach this one. I would suggest doing some research on what kind of yoga you should/shouldn't do and hopefully I will have the kind of yoga on my channel that will be beneficial for you :)
Looking for ways to strengthen my hip flexors as I can feel them "talking back" during practice... This video really helped isolate that front hip flexor. Onwards to better health
