I love that he is very mindful about proper form and alignment - the fundamentals. These help to avoid injuries and prevent your body from building incorrect muscle memory. Been practicing yoga for 9 years and I’m learning that I’m doing some poses wrong. I also like that he’s having fun, not too serious. You know he’s trying to be funny when he mumbles a joke. 😂

Here in Texas we revel in "striking black gold" when oil deposits are discovered. No dangerous digging required in Tim's class! It was a healing release as today is the anniversary of the suicide of a family member who was deeply troubled. I feel a gentle and compassionate vibe around the whole incident today, simply letting go into love, thanks to your class. Yoga asanas can be healing on so many levels, especially when they are guided by a mindful and compassionate teacher. You THE MAN!

The reverse plank “backbend” was amazing! Walking through every motion rolling shoulders and using hips to extend. The front of my chest and backs of my shoulders feel like they were remade/reopened. Thank you!

I'm trying your 30 Day Challenge for the first time. Cobra felt different for me than it's felt before - it was a good change! I appreciate the build to the reverse plank and wheel practice.
Hi it was a great back bend practice! I don't have problem opening chest but have a really tight thigh. Hope I will get little bit more soft thigh at the end of this challenge.

It was tough to get to my mat today, but I did it! Day 4. I really liked the reverse plank back bend, powerful. And I appreciated how you showed getting set up for wheel pose. That is a very challenging pose!! Thank you for this strong and back bend connected flow, Tim.
Despite practicing yoga for years and completing a YTT, back bending/heart opening poses have always been a huge challenge for me. A lot of that is fear holding me back punctuated by the occasional attempt to push too hard, trying expressions of poses that I am not ready for. This class was so helpful to go back to the basics of alignment and intention with heart-opening poses in ways that are accessible, not scary, and not forcing or jamming anything (as we did in PE as kids in the 'stretch test'). I look forward to continuing the challenge and seeing where it leads for my practice! Thanks Tim :)

That was BRILLIANT! Thank you Tim. Probaby the first time I have done a reverse plank properly and the feeling in upper body was amazing - totally energising. This is one to repeat and practice often.
Thank you Tim! I'm really enjoying the challenge. I'm taking it a little slower and doing each day two - Three days before moving on. I really enjoyed today. I was able to keep up - I'm sure I'm getting stronger, but the flow today really worked for me.
This morning I woke up early (5:30 European time) to do my yoga before the family woke up, to find out the video wasn't online yet XD Had a nice meditation though and did my yoga when the family left the house for work and school :D I really enjoy the moving out of the lower back and turning on the muscles to pull the ribs back, I can feel this working for the rest of the day the last couple of days, which feels really good. I am hyper mobile and this conscious moving and using my muscles really helps to keep stuff in place, thanks for the excellent guidence Tim! Namaste and see you tomorrow!

Day 4 done. That felt great. I did not want to come to my mat after spending the day in the airport and finally having my flight cancelled but I am glad I did! What a great way to bring my breath back and stretch it all out. I could tell how much more chill I was at the end than the beginning. Thank you!

Hi.I am doing this 2nd time round. Such a good iea to suggest repeatign as there is so much to remember. Also I can do more 2nd time round than I did first and go deeper intoback strecthes which have never been my forte. By the way, when it comes to locations I love that studo where you can gaze at the mountains behind you. It has a wonderfully calming effect. I used to love the roof terrace as well as you could see the ocean and feel your connection with nature as well as with your body. And as for Ollie, he is my hero. The master of cool

Day 4 done. That felt great. I did not want to come to my mat after spending the day in the airport and finally having my flight cancelled but I am glad I did! What a great way to bring my breath back and stretch it all out. I could tell how much more chill I was at the end than the beginning. Thank you!

When I get done with these I can feel that I’m activating muscles that I don’t use often enough. I love the awareness and focus. It helps me be mindful and makes the practice good for my mind and body. Thank you!!

Hi.I am doing this 2nd time round. Such a good iea to suggest repeatign as there is so much to remember. Also I can do more 2nd time round than I did first and go deeper intoback strecthes which have never been my forte. By the way, when it comes to locations I love that studo where you can gaze at the mountains behind you. It has a wonderfully calming effect. I used to love the roof terrace as well as you could see the ocean and feel your connection with nature as well as with your body. And as for Ollie, he is my hero. The master of cool
