Thanks for another Senesi-ational class. Your skillful sequencing brought me an exquisite (and rare) t-spine crack that released some old deposited energy. Here in Texas we revel in "striking black gold" when oil deposits are discovered. No dangerous digging required in Tim's class! It was a healing release as today is the anniversary of the suicide of a family member who was deeply troubled. I feel a gentle and compassionate vibe around the whole incident today, simply letting go into love, thanks to your class. Yoga asanas can be healing on so many levels, especially when they are guided by a mindful and compassionate teacher. You THE MAN!

That was very good, but I would like to ask you to constantly guide us with what should be happening to our necks - in some postures my neck takes strain and I don't always know how to adjust to push the tension elsewhere. Otherwise you are a complete lifesaver and I very much appreciate the classes.

I love that he is very mindful about proper form and alignment - the fundamentals. These help to avoid injuries and prevent your body from building incorrect muscle memory. Been practicing yoga for 9 years and I’m learning that I’m doing some poses wrong. I also like that he’s having fun, not too serious. You know he’s trying to be funny when he mumbles a joke. 😂

I'm trying your 30 Day Challenge for the first time. Cobra felt different for me than it's felt before - it was a good change! I appreciate the build to the reverse plank and wheel practice.
The way you built up to the heart opening was very effective and allowed me to extend my heart opening much more easily and further than I have previously managed 😃 I just have to remember how next time !
That was BRILLIANT! Thank you Tim. Probaby the first time I have done a reverse plank properly and the feeling in upper body was amazing - totally energising. This is one to repeat and practice often.

I’ve been practicing for years but these little cues you give are a constant guide to the tiny changes we can make, to really make a impact. “Balance over the highest point of the arch, at the front of the ankle”, a small cue but a noticeable difference. Hi it was a great back bend practice! I don't have problem opening chest but have a really tight thigh. Hope I will get little bit more soft thigh at the end of this challenge.
Day 4 Done! So far, my back is feeling great! The crossing knee over knee is doable but my knees don't line up right above each other. It was definitely an energizing flow. Thank, Tim. See you tomorrow!

This morning I woke up early (5:30 European time) to do my yoga before the family woke up, to find out the video wasn't online yet XD Had a nice meditation though and did my yoga when the family left the house for work and school :D I really enjoy the moving out of the lower back and turning on the muscles to pull the ribs back, I can feel this working for the rest of the day the last couple of days, which feels really good. I am hyper mobile and this conscious moving and using my muscles really helps to keep stuff in place, thanks for the excellent guidence Tim! Namaste and see you tomorrow!

When I get done with these I can feel that I’m activating muscles that I don’t use often enough. I love the awareness and focus. It helps me be mindful and makes the practice good for my mind and body. Thank you!!
