Another great cardio one from you! I love your fast ones. It's not about weight loss for me but stress release. Every person is different, but I need to get my heart rate up and push myself through it to get my release. Then I can quiet my thoughts and relax my tight muscles. I love that yoga can be cardio, strength, and stretching, or any combination of the above.
I am not sure how anybody other than an athlete can do this class! Also can't see how one can keep controlling their breath/doing the poses properly in a class like this. Genuine admiration for all those who managed.
Loved this class! My abs don't whine as much as my legs do when worked out, especially with squats, but each section of the body should be treated equally I guess. 😉 I was thrilled to find your interview on Sivana Podcast! Hi Leslie, have you thought of maybe doing a series of longer flows, like 65-90 mins with about 45-70 mins of a vinyasa flow and the rest of the video would have deeply focused on all those different forms of yoga breathing and/or meditation? Also it would be lovely if each one was dedicated to a different purpose, such as (for example) a heart opening one with dancer pose, leg strengthening one with splits (or split prep), arms with crow etc.!
It's almost 30 celsius at night when I did this practise - I have to say I need to drink water until morning to get hydrated again. But I feel more grounded, so thanks
