    A full body yoga workout flow to start your morning. This class is a strong, deep, and challenging, but balanced with deep stretching at the end to help calm and ground you in the practice. This class begins with an intention of balancing the subtle body through visualization and breath techniques. There is a strong core section to help fire up the abs, and then wake up and tone the glutes, hamstrings and legs.

    Mom of two, full time employed, homeschool, own business and a husband. I have almost zero time for self care but I make time at least every 2nd,day to do one of your 35 to 40 min max classes. Loving it, helping with permanent severe neck and shoulder pains from carrying heavy kids, picking them up with the wrong posture. Thanx for great teachings. From extremely hot South Africa! 🤸‍♂️

    No seriously though, all the alignment and breathing and energy lines and head stuff are what I love love love about yoga, way beyond the great workout. And the binds and the arm balances are always fantastic. Thanks so much for a great class, Tim.

    Thank you Tim and Michelle - I am grateful for these sessions that are the right time length so I can do it before work. That after crow pose was really interesting, I haven't seen it before - bravo Michelle for getting those legs up - for me it will take more practice. Again, great instruction, Tim, have a good one 🙂

    Thanks Tim. I just wanted to mention that the half hour sessions for the morning are exactly what I can consistently fit in my day. Sadly more than that becomes harder. So really appreciate the way you put it all together

    Wonderful sequence boat pase with support rest did it ok. I mean with understanding. The bind with bend legs and straighten to get deeper hold in triangle pose worked really well. Thanks much appreciated.

    Hi Tim! I used to take your classes at Yogaworks before Covid and you were definitely one of my favorite teachers. I still practice yoga using your UA-cam videos. I'm also subscribed to Matt D'Avella's UA-cam channel and he just did one about how he started doing yoga for 30 days and listed you as one of his favorite teachers. I thought that was so cool because I was like, "Yes, I know Tim! He's the best!" So cool and I'm glad you're getting this well-deserved exposure.

    Thanks for the live class yesterday stretch against the wall was nice with the strap. Twist in triagle pose manage to go bit deeper glutes quads all went well accept handstand I did dolphine instead. This sequence with Michelle strength and stretch was done before thats why helped in live session.

    Hey Tim! Something that I've always wondered is if my knee should be locked out in triangle or if there should be a little give in it. Thank you for a great class!

      Good question, Heather! 😊 It's important to not lock out your joints, keep a micro bend in your knee and you can always create a deeper bend if needed, always listen to your body.
