A full body yoga workout flow to start your morning. This class is a strong, deep, and challenging, but balanced with deep stretching at the end to help calm and ground you in the practice. This class begins with an intention of balancing the subtle body through visualization and breath techniques. There is a strong core section to help fire up the abs, and then wake up and tone the glutes, hamstrings and legs.

Hi Tim! I used to take your classes at Yogaworks before Covid and you were definitely one of my favorite teachers. I still practice yoga using your UA-cam videos. Thanks for the live class yesterday stretch against the wall was nice with the strap. Twist in triagle pose manage to go bit deeper glutes quads all went well accept handstand I did dolphine instead. This sequence with Michelle strength and stretch was done before thats why helped in live session.

Hey Tim! Something that I've always wondered is if my knee should be locked out in triangle or if there should be a little give in it. Thank you for a great class!
Good question, Heather! 😊 It's important to not lock out your joints, keep a micro bend in your knee and you can always create a deeper bend if needed, always listen to your body.
