Yes, I’m in the same situation. Just not enough time in the day, and unfortunately due to my job I have to do more cardio than yoga. These 15-20 minute flows are great for a post 30-45 min cardio.

This was a really nice class, one of my favourites of your shorter classes. However I would also really appreciate a short class, with less but longer poses and more focus on breath. Poses still could be challenging, but there would be more time to breath through them. Sometimes we just need to slow down even though we don’t have too much time. Would you be so kind to make one day such a class? Thank you very much for all your effort, positivity and helpful classes, Tim! :)

I LOVE these. I find with the longer session I run out of energy to do the more challenging poses. With these I can pause and practice things that need more attention, which is great because you come up with lots of good stuff I've never done before. The shorter sessions give me the time to explore where I need work.

I loved it , short and sweet and good for people that may not have too much time but I'll always love the longer videos . I especially loved the little arm balance and i even did it this time - yay!!

I really liked this; challenging but also allowed me to feel warmed up. I definitely would like to see more of these short workouts. I'm trying to get into a morning practice routine and, knowing myself, starting with something shorter and achievable will help me build towards a longer morning practice. Bring them on Tim!
I’ve saved this in my Tim Yoga file. I like short videos of this length when I’ve less time in AM and when I wish to transition from work in the evening.
It happened to be a perfect amount for my today’s practice because I was short on time. So yes, Tim, more of shorter ones will be great. But I also like your half hour and even longer ones. So I guess, if you could continue with variety that will be greatly appreciated. And thanks again for your gift of yoga! 🙏

Great practice.Sometimes I like to do a few of the shorter videos but a 30 to 45 min video is ideal for my daily practice. Thank you so much for all you do .

I really liked this; challenging but also allowed me to feel warmed up. I definitely would like to see more of these short workouts. I'm trying to get into a morning practice routine and, knowing myself, starting with something shorter and achievable will help me build towards a longer morning practice. Bring them on Tim!

It happened to be a perfect amount for my today’s practice because I was short on time. So yes, Tim, more of shorter ones will be great. But I also like your half hour and even longer ones.
