    I really like the shorter 15-20 minute flows. My life is...complicated...right now. I really NEED to do yoga, but it's hard to find time for 30+ minutes. This was really lovely. Thank you.

      Yes, I’m in the same situation. Just not enough time in the day, and unfortunately due to my job I have to do more cardio than yoga. These 15-20 minute flows are great for a post 30-45 min cardio.

    Hey Tim, I have to agree with many of the comments. Having a shorter flow was just right. The twists focus with balance work and hip opening at the end was just right. I’ll save this video for mornings when I’ve got limited practice time. A few more would be lovely. Thank you for all you do!!

    This shorter flow is great, especially when time is pressing. I find it's better to do a shorter session rather than cut a longer session - it's never the same. Thanks so much Tim.

    This was a really nice class, one of my favourites of your shorter classes. However I would also really appreciate a short class, with less but longer poses and more focus on breath. Poses still could be challenging, but there would be more time to breath through them. Sometimes we just need to slow down even though we don’t have too much time. Would you be so kind to make one day such a class? Thank you very much for all your effort, positivity and helpful classes, Tim! :)

    Fantastic to have these shorter classes, I do love your longer ones from conscious movement community, but I only have time to do them maybe once or twice a week. These shorter ones are perfect for busy days!

Its been a godsend especially this week during these busy times when you really want to fit in some yoga but there is so much to do!!     I LOVE these. I find with the longer session I run out of energy to do the more challenging poses. With these I can pause and practice things that need more attention, which is great because you come up with lots of good stuff I've never done before. The shorter sessions give me the time to explore where I need work.

In your Google search bar type in ua-cam.com/users/yogawithtimvideos On the opening page - under the red SUBSCRIBE button - there is a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 15 minute and 20 minute videos available.😉

    Until retirement I have to accept that I won't have time to do hour long classes on a regular basis. More of this type of class would be awesome, 15 to 20 minutes is perfect on busy days!

    Also really like shorter vids. It’s nice to have a library of vids at various lengths to fit whatever time I have to practice

    I loved it , short and sweet and good for people that may not have too much time but I'll always love the longer videos . I especially loved the little arm balance and i even did it this time - yay!!

    In the frenzy of everyday life this shorter video is perfect for me. And even if it’s shorter it still makes me feeling warm and energized in the morning. Immediately saved it in my “yoga favorites” playlist - thank you Tim! 🙏🏻💚

    I really liked this; challenging but also allowed me to feel warmed up. I definitely would like to see more of these short workouts. I'm trying to get into a morning practice routine and, knowing myself, starting with something shorter and achievable will help me build towards a longer morning practice. Bring them on Tim!

    I’ve saved this in my Tim Yoga file. I like short videos of this length when I’ve less time in AM and when I wish to transition from work in the evening.

    It happened to be a perfect amount for my today’s practice because I was short on time. So yes, Tim, more of shorter ones will be great. But I also like your half hour and even longer ones. So I guess, if you could continue with variety that will be greatly appreciated. And thanks again for your gift of yoga! 🙏
