    ► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We're using 10-20 lb dumbbells in this video.

    ✔️6 Arm Toning Exercises broken into 3 circuits (2 moves per circuit)
    ✔️Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work per exercise, 10 seconds of rest)
    ✔️Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets

    Love your stuff! Thank you so much for all that you offer for free. I have been doing your workouts for years and have done them all over the world.     I love the original but I liked this one even better. The format was awesome. My arms are pumped, and I felt like my core was more fired up from this one than the original. Also, love the mobility in the arm-up.

    I like both toned arms workouts, but I think I like the new one better too. I feel like it burns out each muscle group quicker. Plus, I like having Rachel for modifications. Thanks for another great workout!

    Another awesome workout! I had trouble with the transitions between the chest press and the planks rows in the second circuit and would have liked a little more time there to get set up. The quarter get-ups were so fun and challenging! I started doing your workouts about 2 months ago and am totally hooked. I'm trying new exercises all the time and can definitely feel the improvements in my strength and fitness!

    I love all of your workouts! I wasn’t familiar with strength training and I wanted a consistent workout routine. I’m that person that googled “best strength training for women” and NML came up first. I’ve been hooked ever since! Thanks for being relatable! I’m a busy mom with 2 kids, 14 months apart.       NML is simply the best! I have had personal trainers, belonged to so many gyms, and I have canceled it all. I am in my playroom rocking out these workouts 5-6 days a week and I am so strong!
