Rachel is right, your speech is one of the reason I choose to train with NML. I tried so many program and online trainer, even from my country (France), and even with the enphase of the energy the words are positiv, motivating and encouraging to go further and stronger PS: personal best, upper body with 6 kilos per arms! "increased the weight for the new year" (sorry for the mistakes)

I forgot it was arm day today, I bought heavier weights because my 8 pound was feeling easy .. I hurried and ripped the packaging off and went to work! I'm so happy I love this program! Thank you for encouraging us to move up in weight 💛💛
I loved all the motivational speaking in this! The statics, the psychology, the Bible verse. So needed. I left feeling that extra extra endorphin release. I don't have a pull up bar I need to find something to substitute soon!
Lindsey and Rachel (and team) this is the only program that i have actually stuck to and enjoyed sticking to! (Embarrassingly from another fitness professional) I just love the way you organize you workouts and these 20 minutes and 2 weeks are so reasonable for parents and people short on time. Thanks girls!

I'd missed day 8 during the week, so I had to go in with a day 8 and 9 on my Saturday morning and now just day 10 to go for Sunday to see out this incredible 2 week challenge! I'd loved it so much!

Oh man! That was awesome! Arm day is by far my favorite, because it challenges me the most. I’ve been pushing myself to use only 15s and 20s for this challenge and I have been either crushing it or reaching muscle failure. 😂 Both are good, I think!
My arms are fried... I started with 30s on those chest presses... holy bananas, I should've looked ahead to see what was coming! Barely made it thru with 20s on the second circuit and appreciated the little break before narrow presses. Thanks, ladies! 161
I did day nine this morning and you spoke about Speak Life. That was what our sermon today was about. After doing the workout, I had a hard time steadying my arm to put on eye liner because my arms were freaking out from the workout. Also, that forearm stretch where we put our arm behind your knee and make the fist, well my calves are always so tight, that felt good to relieve some of the tightness on the calves as well. Two for one! :)
Probably one of the hardest arm workouts ever!! But so good! What was the Proverbs reference again Lindsey shared? I want to start using that in my family!
I love your videos. I’m wondering if you could include using a step bench into your workouts. I know you use a box, but a bench is at a different height.
love your workouts!! do you have a link to the study about pull ups and depression? I am a grad student and would love to read it! I am guessing that pull ups are associated with decreased depression, but as a science communicator with depression, I am always hesitant to say they cause 80% reduction in anything. More likely, people who are less depressed are more likely to have the energy/time/motivation to do pull ups and it would feel a bit more honest to put it in a way that makes that more clear Either way, Pull ups are awesome and I was inspired watching you do so many Lindsey!!
