This marks 1 year I've been doing your workouts. The amount of mental and physical growth I have made is substantial! I went from 7lb skull crushers to using 15lb. Being able to do 0 toe pushups to doing them on the regular. And so many more achievements. Thank you for being such a great space for this mom of littles!!

My fave workout thus far of Strong20! This is my third time through... this time with baby #4 on board. Feels SO good to be in the second trimester and have a little less nausea and fatigue. :D
Love your workouts! I've found it difficult to stick to a routine longer than a few days because it's always the same monotonous moves. But then I found your channel and love it! You find a way to take the same moves but add a spicy and challenging twist. Can't wait to try the next 2-week challenge. ❣from Minnesota!

Love this workout and the series. I have enjoyed increasing my strength. I find that you go very fast in your videos so for this one I tried reducing the speed to .75 and I was able to keep up. Longer worker but better for me.
I love upper body. I also really like back strength. One of favorites is working triceps. I always we,come doing triceps exercises. Loved that stretching at the end. Have a great day NML. Thank you.m
This was great - I actually finished it without stopping! I'm a bit overweight and only use ~8-10lb dumbbells but this program keeps me motivated and challenged!
I love the Strong 20....after completing Metcon in the month of Jan I was looking for another series...just completed Day 6!! I then added 5 min seated abs and 5 min deadbugs

I was so nervous about this coming off yesterdays workout but it flew by so I didn’t have a chance to think about my chest being sore!!! Loved this one!!! It was a lot of work in a short amount of time!!! 💪🏼
this was a spicy one for sure!!!! Chest was a bit sore from yesterday. My tough ones were the row shoulder press and the kneeling bicep. Cant wait to come back to this when i repeat the program for week 3 and 4!

Uff-dah! :) It almost didn't happen but I finally psyched myself to do this workout at 7:15 pm and SO glad I did! I reminded myself it is *only* 20 minutes and then I could get back to truly relaxing, knowing I got in a solid back and arm workout, dontchaknow. :) Thank you! 🙌
^ yes i agree. The ads are killing me . I had 4 in this 20 min workout. And all of them were in the middle of sets. Im glad shes working on it and hope it gets fixed soon. I normally dont mind them at all because hey , it keeps them free, which i am si grateful for but i almost hit my tv with my weight by the fourth one haha
