Breakfast : oats..normally how everyone eat
Launch : rice+ fish + dal
Dinner :2 roti +4 egg
Before launch :2 roti+ shobji
After workout :2 bread+ peanut + banana
how did u increase your calorie balance from when you were lean. plz don't say by putting on more muscle
Bro if we look at the first meal i don't find a major protein source as bread is a carb source, banana also is a carb source and if we talk about peanut butter is a fat source then we can say that we are only getting 4-5gm protein from this meal!

@@SaimaNajmi786 100gm oats grinded ,I don't use whey protein so I use sattu 100gm,2 scoop peanut butter,2 banana,3 diets(almond,khajoor,etc)250ml milk and 1 cup water so the shape will be smooth ,coco powder for taste ,1 scoop honey and mix it done 👍🏻

Aap jo bhi machine use krte ho, usme pehele light weight ( aapko jo zyada bhari na lage) choose kro, then pehele 2-3 workout sessions sirf posture and muscle activation pr dhyaan do.
Fir jb aapko sahi muscle activation feel ho, then gradually weight increase krna.
[Sahi posture ke liye youtube ya fir aapke gym ke trainer/experienced person se puch lena, sb help krenge aapki if you ask].
