      1. After workout shake which include - 2 banana ; oats; peanut butter ; whey protein; 3 - 4 kaju almonds and walnut and 2 spoon honey

      3. Soyachunks and chana

      These are the diet i had been taking from 2 months along with the breakfast lunch and dinner which is made at my home

    2019 i was 90 kg, i started walking and running everyday almost 8km, after 3 month, my weight fall in 66kg. After that i fall in some physical problem , got admitted in hospital, then i end with 53 kg. Then I started eating early meal as possible, and some smoothie to make good appetite. After 3/4 month, i got 62 kg. This smoothie trick really works to gain weight and good appetite.

    Randomly found your video. I must say you seem like a very down to earth and genuine guy. No drama bazzi and accent in talking. You talk like we are having a normal face to face conversation.
    Definitely gonna try your shake.
    Recently I gained 3 kgs in one month but my tummy has gone balloon like. I was taking ice cream and other sweet things daily and also stopped taking whey protein for the past 2 months. So maybe due to that.

    :you can add 30 to 50ml if you want to make it smooth

    I started eating consciously more since past 2 months , Started off at around 49kg and today my current body weight is 54-55kg . I am 5'10/11ish and hence i am used to people calling me skinny. Up untill now i did not used to have any Protein shake/CalorieSurplus shakes and gained weight just from eating normal homemade staple food but in 2x amount of which i used to earlier. ( Also i do workout in order to gain muscles )
    From now on i'll try and use this diet plan and hope for good results. Thanks to you for sharing such relatable info and tips.

      @@AbhishekPal-ri9gr The only way to gain weight is by EATING MORE FOOD and being in a Calorie surplus .
      Considering that you have time management issue , only thing I can suggest you is to Ensure that you Eat good amount of food Any time you take your meal (Consciously more by reminding yourself that you have to eat no matter what)
      For example - If you eat 2 Chapaati and Dal chawal staple food normally everyday, Set a goal from tomorrow that I'll eat 3 chapaati And 2 spoon extra Daal chawal ..then next day try and eat 3.5 chapaati and an extra amount of rice .. and keep track of whatever you've eaten throughout the day (in mind or else in notes)
      Increase it Slowly and steadily. I know our appetite is less naturally and we aren't able to eat in huge amount naturally but You have to Change this by constantly eating more.. there is just no other way . Dheere dheere habit ban jayegi and You'll see results slowly but surely 🤝
      (Also do Workout/gym ...it helps in gaining muscle mass and also our appetite increases naturally when we do more physical activity)

      Lunch: Rajma or white chickpeas and rice
      Evening: Dandy shake

    TBH i an following aadarsh from around 8 months and trust me that shake is game changer ❤️❤️❤️📈
    Soo easy to prepare and consume
    My fav recipe for it :
    50g oats
    500ml milk
    2 tsb chocolate PB
    3-4 teaspoon sugar
    Honey 2 tsb
    1 banana ( I dont like but you can put )
    Oreo cookies ( if available)
    Whey protein ( Optional )
    Btw I gained around 23kgs in 9 months
    Earlier i was 43kg
    now im 66kg
    my goal is 70 kg ...after that i will start cutting process ❤❤

    My diet plan :-
    2 banan+200ml milk +5 almonds in morning 9am.
    50g of oats + 3 eggs in 10;30am.
    200g rice + 1 bowl vegetables or pulses(daal) in lunch 2:30pm
    1 banana in 5 pm
    7pm workout to 9pm
    After workout 5 almonds+5 kishmish+3 dates+200ml milk +2 spoon of honey shake ..
    2 chapati +1 bowl vegetable+250g boil chicken in 10pm this diet i am consuming more than 2 weeks my weight is 57kg now see the results after 3 months ❤

      Bro start going to the gym alongside , I am 5'7 and was 46 kg ...started going to the gym and consuming banana shake with whey powder and after 2 months I'm 51 kg ...so i would say gym also plays a big role by increasing muscle mass and makes you more attractive...still on the grind and target is 57 kg

    😅😂 i used this from 3 mnths but not gain a single kg😂 kidding yeh i knw its my fault only shake is not enough as i required 2800cal for normal.. and i consume most probably 2300-2500 avg. But yeh i love the way you make video so simple and boost us .. and i will gain weight for sure 💯.. current 50kg.. will be back!
