2019 i was 90 kg, i started walking and running everyday almost 8km, after 3 month, my weight fall in 66kg. After that i fall in some physical problem , got admitted in hospital, then i end with 53 kg. Then I started eating early meal as possible, and some smoothie to make good appetite. After 3/4 month, i got 62 kg. This smoothie trick really works to gain weight and good appetite.

Considering that you have time management issue , only thing I can suggest you is to Ensure that you Eat good amount of food Any time you take your meal (Consciously more by reminding yourself that you have to eat no matter what) For example - If you eat 2 Chapaati and Dal chawal staple food normally everyday, Set a goal from tomorrow that I'll eat 3 chapaati And 2 spoon extra Daal chawal ..then next day try and eat 3.5 chapaati and an extra amount of rice .. and keep track of whatever you've eaten throughout the day (in mind or else in notes) Increase it Slowly and steadily. I know our appetite is less naturally and we aren't able to eat in huge amount naturally but You have to Change this by constantly eating more.. there is just no other way . My diet plan :-
2 banan+200ml milk +5 almonds in morning 9am.
50g of oats + 3 eggs in 10;30am.
200g rice + 1 bowl vegetables or pulses(daal) in lunch 2:30pm
1 banana in 5 pm
7pm workout to 9pm
After workout 5 almonds+5 kishmish+3 dates+200ml milk +2 spoon of honey shake ..
2 chapati +1 bowl vegetable+250g boil chicken in 10pm this diet i am consuming more than 2 weeks my weight is 57kg now see the results after 3 months ❤
