There is not much difference. You can take the pre-workout meal first thing in the morning before workout and post workout meal right after the workout.

Maan lijiye 70g soya chunks ki jagah mujhe chicken lena hai toh kitna gm lena hoga to match the same protein i mean it won't be 250gms as it gives almost 68g protein to kitna amount kaafi rahega?

Nice diet plan, i have query on soya chunk. Daily consumption may make gyno issues. Online study says 25-30bgram alternate day is safe. What is ur opinion, experience and is that true. High intake of soya daily increase estrogen.
Its a myth. Don’t worry. 70-80g you can easily consume in a day.
