Put it in the freezer overnight
In the morning
Take 3 bannan,yogurt (not necessary) honey
Mix it well
Bro overnight oats are damn the worst.. Fr.. I tried it the next morning.. The oats were literally raw... I couldn't even eat them further

first thing and most important thing is for weight gain or bulking is 🤑🤑🤑 money 🤑🤑🤑
You calculated 8.1g of fats from chicken breast and rice but you didn't take into account the One and a half spoons of olive oil that you needed to cook your chicken. 1.5 spoons of olive oil is around 20-21g of fats. Also you cook once for 3 servings. So you'll have to 1/3rd oil fat for accurate fat count and adjust calories accordingly.

Bro you can check on Google you maintenance calories and eat 300 to 400 more calories to gain weight
