4 egg omelet, 2 bajra roti (100gm), 1 beetroot for breakfast
150gm paneer, 1 cucmber, 1 onion, 50gm soaked and baked yellow moong dal for lunch and 200gm of dahi
1 scoop whey with 1 guava and 1 bnana for evening
100gm rice, 50gm soya chunks sabji, 1 tomato, 35gm peanuts
my weight is 71 kg and so 71 x 1.5 = 106 gm protein for body but it exceeds this limit
is this a good meal for day bro
