    to add to this, you can also have easily 200 gm of tofu which is 30g of protien. Furthermore eat around 150-200 g of chickpea(white chana) everyday for 30g more protien. If you find it hard to consume chickpea, blend it with milk cocoa powder and honey for an amazing chocolate moose that you cant even tell is made from chickpea. Also drink chicken broth each day its around 15 g of protien per bowl serve and is very rich in nutrients.

    First meal - your overnight oats recipe
    Second meal - your chicken rice recipe
    Third meal - your dandy shake recipe
    Yet to decide the fourth meal though. But It’s going to be eggs and soyabean/paneer. I also consume salad for fibre(which includes peanuts, kala chana, moong dal cabbage palak and more); you should make a video on that as well. Thanks brother.

    How do you get other vitamins & minerals without fruits & vegetables? It helps in digestion no?

      this diet is not sustainable also it will fuck you up if you don't have a god gifted good digestion
      you only need around 0.5-0.7gm of protein per pound of bodyweight according to thomas delauer
      it's a major problem with fitness influencers man they only think about macronutrient and no micronutrients
      while eggs do contain micronutrients but commerical eggs which cost around 6-7rs per egg will have least amount of these micronutrients that he mentioned solely because they are fed shit quality grains and closed in a cage not in sun
      don't fall for this bullshit lmao just eat what your mom cooks and add a scoop of whey or amul protein buttermilk ( buying chicken, eggs, soy ( soy is terrible for you ), peanut butter + the cooking time it will take , it's better off to invest in some unflavoured whey to save cost, if you want even more cheaper you can get pea protein isolate ( non gmo ) but it'll be a nightmare to drink it but will serve the purpose
      i myself can't imagine cooking this much food when there are very easy options available

      @@notcyclone363 not really, eggs and meat in general severely lack on folate, vitamin c and not so severely but do lack on potassium and magnesium, you also need raw or lightly steamed vegetables for phytonutrients benefit and various enzymes benefit, cooked food in general whether its meat,eggs,grains, cooked vegetables severely lack phytonutrients and enzymes which are essential for proper functioning of our body

      yep, although you may want to add more high volume foods if this amount will make you hungry.

      @@shivammplayz4767 Yes, if your body weight is higher you would need to up the protein. However, if you are 70-80 kg, 160g of protein is perfect. Carbs should be used for recovery and quick energy and are vital in a good diet.
