Ive been doing this workout 2x a week for several weeks and it started feeling a bit too easy so i held 3 lb weights for the first set of floor exercises. WOW thank you so much for making this video my back pain is nonexistent and it was chronic before I discovered your channel so much thanks♥️

I love the time frame and the option for longer exercises- as well as the breaks.(I try to forward thru them but by midway of this session I needed the rest!!).
