Additionally to being super effective, this workout is also really fun and just flies by! They flow so well, build up an appropriate tiredness and I can get through all of them with determination, ease and elegance. I've tried your 15 min back workout which is good and tired me out quickly (also I haven't been building up with that workout every day) I wanted to say thank you again and give targeted feedback. Your workouts are quick, practical, and so helpful. I've definitely felt a difference since doing these workouts regularly. Thank you!

After this workout I just curled up on the floor shaking like a weak little baby. That was a tough workout, but I loved it. I could feel all of the movements working on the different muscles on my back, and I think this workout will help me greatly in building a stronger and healthier back. Thank you so much!

Finally a good lower back workout without weights! I’m in fairly good shape but I have arthritis in my back 😒 so my lower back needs different type of exercises to gain strength. So happy I found your channel!
Your other back workout has worked so perfectly for my posture, this one is a bit challenging for me as I'm not a plank/push ups expert, but I did my best and I'll soon master it :D

I find most workouts by other UA-camrs too hard, because they use weights or idk i feel like they don't help my condition (scoliosis+scheuermann). I had slip disc. Incorporating these excercises in my daily routine with proper nutrition has helped me a lot. It's a magic for my back. Thankyou so much for changing my life😊 Everyone should do this excercise daily especially if you are suffering from back pain/ slip disc with 10mins abs excercise by jibby studio.

Whew that one was a bit more difficult! Didn’t mind the boat hold but weirdly hated the boat pulse. Everything else was great. Love the plank moves.
