I think this has to be my new favourite workout! My back has always been causing me issues, and I've wanted to find a workout to strengthen it & get better posture for ages. Additionally to being super effective, this workout is also really fun and just flies by! I even went to something called back school, specifically from your health insurance to strengthen your back (im from germany) and it always only got worse. So many diffrent treatments and nothing helped. Your two back workouts have made such a difference, not only improving my riding but just making life so much better! I love how specifically you explain how to do each exercise, making sure we are doing it right! Keep up the great work!

My back really suffered post-partum. I had previous back issues, and picking up a baby over and over made it worse. I'm very physically active but often neglect to do specific back workouts. Your workouts are quick, practical, and so helpful. I've definitely felt a difference since doing these workouts regularly. Thank you!

Finally a good lower back workout without weights! I’m in fairly good shape but I have arthritis in my back 😒 so my lower back needs different type of exercises to gain strength. So happy I found your channel!
Your other back workout has worked so perfectly for my posture, this one is a bit challenging for me as I'm not a plank/push ups expert, but I did my best and I'll soon master it :D

I had slip disc. Incorporating these excercises in my daily routine with proper nutrition has helped me a lot. It's a magic for my back. I find most workouts by other UA-camrs too hard, because they use weights or idk i feel like they don't help my condition (scoliosis+scheuermann). But this seems really useful and I tried some of these with professional help before corona, so I guess they are healthy. :) So glad I've found your channel, good luck in the future 👏

Hey, hey. I have a bone spur that sometimes pushes on the nerve the doctor that I’m going to wants to do surgery to cut it off which means back surgery, I don’t want to do that. What I find interesting is that he doesn’t have any alternative Things to tell me that I can do. When I ask what is causing it he just says your back is adding more calcium to that area to protect it which, of course tells me nothing. What I have found out is the reason why you have bonus spurs is because your posture Has changed and the body is trying to protect itself by adding more calcium to protect that area now, if you correct your posture and strengthen your back muscles, you won’t have those problems. Also, he should’ve told me if there’s any way to get this calcification to decrease from what I understand apple cider vinegar, I’ll have to do more research on this. Why can’t I find a doctor that says that we need to work on your posture and strengthening back muscles so that you don’t have these problems anymore. I’m going with natural and exercise.
