    Wow this kicked my butt and back! Sweating like crazy and need to work on a few of those moves but thanks for these great workouts and your encouragement! It's a work in progress.

    Loved this one! And i love your long hair but would have preferred to see it up this once so i could have seen the angle of your back/the way you held it, better. Can you also do a guide on squats? I can never get that bootie down low haha
    But will def come back to this workout soon!
