it was so hard , i had to do most of the modifiers 😭 . but ik i’ll be better at this one day ! i rlly want to work on myself , especially being 16 . it’s hard staying fit when you don’t really have an option on what you should & should not eat , but i loved this !!
I love your workouts! I'm an RMT in Canada, and I recommend certain videos of yours to my clients all the time when their muscle pain can be helped by strengthening (which it usually can be). You do wonderful work.

I know what you mean. I felt nauseous, but drank a lot of water, did some dance workouts on the trampoline and got warmed up and had more water and the feeling passed so I just pushed myself a bit.
