    Wow, thank you for this workout!! I struggled through it, but your words and encouragement kept me going. I'll always have your voice in my head when I'm working out now: thirty seconds is only ten seconds three times! 😂❤ Love it! Thank you!!

      haha I feel you! I was STRUGGLING but I wanted to push through for you all!! Really a challenge but I already see myself getting stronger doing this a couple times a week!

    started with the abs-olutely not, made my way here (did half of it however) and next onto back workout.
    Now i’ve never been a fitness guy but what would be a recommended amount of times to do this per week? (Ive seen daily, 3x 5x)

      Great work!! It depends what your goals are but for me, depending on my soreness it works for me around ~3x a week!

    I did 1 plyo if you count a face plant (i have chronic back problems so sometimes i face plant when my nerves give up lmaoo)
