- Delicious rice roll filled with savory ground pork, sweet onions, and wood ear mushroom! Recipe can be multiply to make a larger batch.
Ingrediens:
1 bag banh cuon flour (any brand will do)
1/4 cup of tapioca starch
5 cups of water
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
sugar, salt, mushroom seasoning, fish sauce
cha chien/cha lua
bean sprouts
Thai basil
fried shallots
fresh chili
shredded cucumber
sweet fish sauce (link to recipe below)

How do you prepare the mushrooms?
Hi Cherry, You soak it in warm water to rehydrate it. Once its soften you can mince it like in the video.
