  • Bánh cuốn Recipe | Steamed Rice Rolls
    Batter 👇🏻
    In a mixing bowl, add
    1 Cup of Rice Flour
    1 Cup of Tapioca Starch
    4 Cup of Warm Water
    2 Tbs of Oil
    1 Tsp of Salt
    •Stir and Whisk until dissolve.
    •Let is rest for 20 mins. Set aside let’s work on the fillings next.
    Fillings:
    On High Heat. Add Oil to Pan, then add 👇🏻
    24 Oz of Ground Pork
    3 Tbs of Minced Garlic
    1 Tbs of Chicken Bouillon
    1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp of MSG (Optional)
    1 Tbs of Fish Sauce
    1 Cup of Minced Wood Ear Mushrooms
    Making the Steamed Rice Rolls
    On low heat. Ladle in 3/4 of the Batter to a non stick pan, spread the batter out evenly.
    - Cover with a Lid.
    - Remove the Lid after 1 min.
    - Flip the pan over on to a Cooking Surface.
    - Add in your fillings.
    - Fold your Rice Rolls.
    Dipping Sauce👇🏻
    1/2 Cup of Lime Juice
    1/2 Cup of Sugar
    1/2 Cup of Fish Sauce
    2 TBS of Minced Garlic
    1 Cup of Water
    Desired amount of chopped chili peppers 🌶🔥🔥.
    To make the Scallion Oil, on high heat, add oil to pan, add in your chopped scallion.
    Once complete. Place this in a bowl then dress on your desired amount on your Rice Rolls..
    Toppings and Garnishes 👇🏻
    Blanched Bean Sprouts
    Sliced Cucumbers 🥒
    Cilantros
    Basil
    Mint
    Sliced Cha Lua (Vietnamese Ham or Pork Roll).
    Fried Shallots
