@@omadjourneyHi, I usually do 16 hrs IF. If I'm hungry, I eat. But, I usually end up fasting for eighteen hours. I try to do five or six one mile walks through out the day. I do different walks, but all with Leslie. I'm still in the toddler phase. I haven't yet got control over my blood sugar or my lipid markers or my weight. But, every walk is a step closer to achieving my goals. Try the 16 IF instead of 23 and I'm sure you will have the energy for it. Good luck🥰
Leslie Sansone is an OG. She has been in this fitness game for YEARS. And I've always loved the simplicity of her workouts. And her energy and laugh are unmatched! I just started doing these walking workouts as supplements to the workouts I already do when I need to add more steps!
Just finished this, love it. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with high cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as dealing with anxiety issues, so I'm trying to get more active each day to make me healthier all around
although i'm not diagnosed, i think we have some similar conditions. especially anxiety, i think that's one of the main reasons i started. hopefully we can go on this journey together
Me too! I ordered NutriSystem and a dvd came with it. I gained 20 lbs. with menopause is 2 years. I am down 8 lbs. in 3 weeks just walking with Leslie 8 miles per day. It is perfect to do no matter the weather and you can do sets in between cooking and housework!
I do this 6 days a week. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have to hang on to the kitchen sink when I do it and it's working!!! 😊 Thank you Leslie Sansone.

I'm an 18 year old highschool student who doesn't have a lot of activity in my schedule. This is the 3rd on of these videos I've done and I love it. It's a good workout and it's fun to see everyone communicate with each other and enjoy the walks. I believe everyone should be doing these!

Hey Leslie, I found you through God's grace. I am a disabled 57 year old man. I will be 58 next July. I have chronic pain and deal with depression. But, I have a motto "Just keep gping" and that is what I do. I have been doing your program now for several months and while 1 mile may seem small to a lot of people, it is a major work out for me. I appreciate you and your programs.

I just saw this Walk at Home workout and tried it. May not seem a lot, but I finished it. I am pre-diabetic and over 200lbs. Per my doctor I need to lose 60lbs. All my life I was a normal 125lbs (normal for my height and build). But like so many women, for years I put my health on the back burner. I'm glad I found this workout, it's🙃🙃 very do-able and hope to advance to her 2-3-5 mile workouts. But baby steps for now.
What I really hail you and thank for is that you are not discriminatory personal trainer or a picky one, all types of people are welcome those who are fit and those who are not and you are making us smile and laugh in a contagious way and most importantly is that your exercises manageable. I just want to say thanks a million for changing my life for the better! It is now February 2020 and I am, now, on my 2nd weight loss journey and I am still walking. @@Brigitte4you Thank you!! Well, I lost my first 50 lbs by only walking daily and keeping track of my calorie intake, later I added in other workouts on the side after I felt stronger and needed a bit of a boost. However, I still managed about 1 to 2 miles a day. I'd recommend this to anyone 👍🏽

I know that since this video was made you have left the Fab 50's and joined me in the Sensational 60's. You really have been my inspiration for many years. When I lack motivation, I feel tired or have aches and pains, I just turn on one of your walking videos and it improves my mood right away. I often add another couple of videos but if I do nothing else, I walk a mile with you every day. I don't think people realize how strong you have to be to talk all the way through a workout, especially the pilates, or back and core segments. Heres to many more years.

I have been looking for something like this for so long. Recently dx with type one diabetes, anything cardio has always dropped my blood sugar so dangerously low that I was scared to even try. This is slow and simply but effective. I’ve added weights to make it a bit more intense. I’m so excited.
This is week one for me! I’m down 3 lbs this month… intermittent fasting 12-8 and walking 3-5 times per week drinking water and no sodas, which is my weakness! Thanks for the video! Trying to lose 58 lbs by this time next year!

I did in fact, love this walk. And I also adore the fact that not everyone is doing the moves at the same rate or size. Some are doing bigger kicks and steps, and some aren't. So many people put so much stress into matching up with the teacher or other people in the class, but what matters is we're here doing our best and still going.

I love this. My motivation is up....partly because of the guy in the back (by the W on the wall). That guy has moves and is so happy. At 70 years young, I like the safety of convenience of walking at home (especially now that we are expecting a lot of snow). Thank you spending the time to create this video(s) and thank you to all that joined in (especially my fav guy in the back. LOL) Walk on, my friends, walk on. You all rock (as my son would say).
I love the mixture of people in this workout - not just a set of beautiful people doing all the steps perfectly but people like me.

My dad diagnosed with angina in 2006.
In addition, he had prostate cancer surgery in 2017.😢😢
He started Walk at home workouts after pandemic.
And nowadays he put more energy in to this workout to prepare for the `Treadmill test` in May.
Every evening my family(except my big bro Hugo😂😂) do 15~30min workout together.

I use this video during my hotel quarantine ( 3 weeks). Wonderful and doesn’t take too much room. Also I like to see these people are like regular folks. ( not everyone looks like skinny and athletic). Thank you Leslie. Can’t believe you are almost 60. Just walking will make you looks so good. Wow!

I have been looking for something like this for so long. Recently dx with type one diabetes, anything cardio has always dropped my blood sugar so dangerously low that I was scared to even try. This is slow and simply but effective. I’ve added weights to make it a bit more intense. I’m so excited.
Never mind this made me drop really badly too but it was worth it 😂
This is week one for me! I’m down 3 lbs this month… intermittent fasting 12-8 and walking 3-5 times per week drinking water and no sodas, which is my weakness! Thanks for the video! Trying to lose 58 lbs by this time next year!

I did in fact, love this walk. And I also adore the fact that not everyone is doing the moves at the same rate or size. Some are doing bigger kicks and steps, and some aren't. So many people put so much stress into matching up with the teacher or other people in the class, but what matters is we're here doing our best and still going.
I felt sick and I watched this video and completed the work out. I feel soo much better. God bless you guys

The champ in the background with the red shirt, black shorts and AMAZINGLY JOYFUL SMILE seriously makes this such a happy event in my morning - I love that the INSTANT the music starts, he's just dancing. It's honestly the best thing, and makes me dance along with the basic steps. Leslie, you're fantastic, and I love seeing what you do, because it brings me a very simple, honest sense of calm and wellbeing when everything around me is in chaos.
Also, extra points to the gentleman in the grey shirt to the back left of screen who is doing an AMAZING job keeping up, and just going with the walk no matter what! Good job, you are doing fantastic!
