I have followed Lesley for the past couple of years now, I walk 6 days a week using quite a few of the walks, mostly the 2 mile ones and sometimes the 3 mile walk. I do it to stay fit, I am 83 years old and in excellent shape. Thanks Lesley for making these videos available

Congratulations. I’ve been exercising since December 43 lbs lost but still have to be on blood pressure meds. I do this workout every day or one of her other 30 min workouts. I’m hoping soon I will get of meds. Unfortunately high blood pressure runs in my family.

After trying everything, I finally lost a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel
To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
- Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal.
- Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet.
- Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.

I've been a patient of anxiety and depression for the past almost 7 years. I am 26 right now. During my therapy in December 2021, I knew that therapy was not something I wanted to live with for the rest of my life. So I did a few therapy sessions in December- January and soon I was lucky to have been introduced to this workout that my sister found. Leslie's workout is one of those amazing things that restore your faith that good things still exist in the world and there's always a ray of hope in life to recover from depression and anxiety.
Ever since February 2022, I have been regularly following Leslie's workout, and I am just so grateful to have found this! There's really no workout better than this especially for people who feel lazy and inactive. I have also been gaining some weight too so for me it is to stay fit and to relieve my stress and anxiety. I try doing it at least 3 times a week and every time I start my day with this workout, my whole day goes really well. My life is changing. I absolutely love the fact that unlike most workouts, this one doesn't cause any cramps to make the whole day difficult. Moreover, Leslie is so good at motivating and a few lines that she says during the workout they are so well put, they make complete sense in my life! Just finished working out for today and felt like expressing my gratitude here. A big thank you Leslie for being who you are and for doing what you do! You have no idea how many lives you're changing! Infinite love from India!

This is absolutely a healthy walk. I begun this exercise 2 months ago, trying to maintain 3-4 times a week. I have since since stopped taking my hypertension medicine. My BP was going even below the recommended, and I immediately knew the boosted walk is working for my health! It is now stable and I am so thankful Leslie...
Please don’t stop your maintenance meds for hypertension. And keep walking.

Recently widowed and at age 75, I just discovered this "updated" walking program with Leslie Sansone when visiting my daughter-in-law who has been struggling with depression and anxiety. Her little 4 year old daughter joined right in o n all the moves for the whole 30 minutes!!! So here I am back at home and while my autistic grandson(in his mid 20's) out for a sleep over, he joined right in with me and really enjoyed it, even if he couldn't quite get all the moves exactly right. He just kept on going!! Leslie knows how to make it doable, all the while generating such happiness and gratitude and keeping you motivated-----AND her dream team IS wonderful!! They all give off such positive energy and add their personal touch to the basic moves, making them jazzy and lots of fun!!! Such an AWESOME workout!! I started my walking journey doing Leslie's walking workout in April and I can say I started to see a lot of results. I used to be obsessed with losing weight, doing cardio, battling my eating disorders but now that I'm at more at peace with my mental health I enjoy walking a lot more. I am only 24 and I used to think walking was something only old people would do but now I can confirm Leslie's workouts improved my body and my mental health in just so many ways. I don't overdo myself anymore. I just do her workouts 4 times a week and when I don't wanna workout I just go out for a walk around the city. Life is a lot more than just losing weight to fit it. Do this to work on yourself and better yourself as a human being and your overall physical health. Your body and mind will recover faster than you think. Eat ealthy, give yourself the chance to eat whatever you want without restraining yourself and enjoy moving around. ❤

I have had this video downloaded months ago but haven't been in the mood. But now I have 12k steps to submit daily, I tuned in and at the end of 1st round, I got 3,257 steps, 113.3 calories and 1.38miles done! January 2024 - Started this workout twice a week as well as my regular clinical Pilates . Will add Gym workout slowly to it. 2024 is the year 💪🙌...... 😍Let's do it folks :)
I'm turning 56 this year and I started back with Leslie about 6 months ago after many years of doing sit work, and my body has changed quite a bit. I work out at least 3 times a week, but when I can I will do 4, 5, and sometimes even 6 times per week. Doing these workouts will also help make your eating habits better because it will help to change your food cravings. I sleep much better, I feel good, I am not depressed, and my feelings about myself and my life are much brighter. If your thinking about starting with Leslie I highly encourage you to give it a try, you won't regret it. Just remember that it takes time to make real changes, be patient with yourself, don't try and do too much right at first, allow yourself to get conditioned and just keep going. If you're just too tired on a walk day then just do a mile or take the day off and get energized for the next time.

I started this every other day consistently 7 weeks ago. When I first started I could barely do it. But I stuck with it and after 3 weeks I was able to keep up. Now I am down 2lbs with 4 more to go. I am still on this! As much as high blood pressure runs in my family, I am off high blood pressure medication since October 2021! Glory to God!!! This exercise makes me loose kilos much so I reduced from 3 times a week to 2 times a week, and I am okay! Any time I do this exercise, my brain is so clear!!!! Started in August, 4/5 times a week. No diet restrictions but eating less sugar, doing intermittent fasting and having a slight calorie deficit.
Now October- I have lost so far 3.5 kg.
The goal is 3kg more and then start working on muscles.
So happy for this.

I started doing Leslie's walking program last August 2022 and I was at 88kgs . I've also been diagnosed with fatty liver due to my gallstone. This October, my ALT is back to normal and I am out medication and have lost almost 14kgs and the walking system and diet is now my maintenance. I've done a 1 mile workout every day as a warm up before going on to strength or mobility videos. I love Leslie and the other walk leaders. This year at 65, I decided to up my game. I upped my weights " a wee little bit" and my warmup is now a 2 mile walk. I love to see all the familiar smiling faces, you are all a great testament to walking.
Since COVID lockdown I’m doing this 30 minutes walking. I was in the COVID ward when everyone else was under lockdown. I could pray for not getting it and do my best to get fitter and healthier. Till today I’m doing it. Praise the Lord I am much fitter now

The best part of Leslie's workout is I dnt feel tired at all I feel super energised .
Workout might look easy but results are astonishing lost around 5 kgs in 3 months without deit restrictions but in the end it's all abt how consistent and determined you are .

I've done this workout every day for nearly 4 weeks, and tried others before this and loved them too, but Boosted workouts are my favourite.... 6am you'll find me downstairs while the family sleeps - working out with Leslie and the team... Leslie you must be the loveliest & most uplifting lady to meet in person - your energy makes me smile. Thank you for making exercise enjoyable and easy to get enthusiastic about. I'm happy to say that along with healthier food choices, and my 6am workouts I've lost 5kg in the 5 weeks. I was a healthy weight to start with - just some bad habits and a lack of exercise.....so I'm so happy! I'm doing the boosted walking with my husband 3 times a week and my husband with me 30 mins walking in other days. These help us maintain our strength, lower cholesterol and adds our happiness each day. So thankful to your videos and to the whole team!
I have been doing this exercise for almost 4 years everyday. Of course there are days and months I just give up on exercise, but I always come back to this. I am generally a very lazy person to exercise and this video has helped me stick to exercising and helped me in many ways. My back pain and different alignments kind of get cured itself when I do this exercise. I also feel motivated to eat better. I don't see a drastic weight loss but I am in the same range for years. (I don't lose weight probably because I eat a lot.) I feel more positive about life and feel accomplished when I do this exercise. I recommend everyone to simply try this.
I’m 25 and 88kgs. I finished my med school along with housejob this may and I’ve been home ever since because I needed a mental break. Now that I’ve found this workout, I feel like I can finally do some good for myself. I finished day 1 and I’m proud of myself. I’ll try doing this workout twice a day for as long as I can. Ofc I’ll take days off and try maintaining a fairly good diet as well so LETS GOOOO!!
I’ll update daily for the first two weeks and then weekly :)
Day 1: 88.1kg. Did the workout once.
Day 2: 87.6kg. Did the workout two times
Day 3: 87.4kg. Had Guests over so only did the workout once today.
Day 4: 86.8kg woooow. Did a 22 min video and this one today. Weight going down pretty fast. I wonder when it’ll slow down.

I walk with Leslie (metaphorically speaking, of course! haha) five days a week and it has been theee best decision to losing weight and keeping it off! Not only concerning weight loss but also maintaining healthy and strong conditioning. I'm 55 and am in the best condition of my life, even better than in my 20's when I first began working out. From age 37-51 I did not exercise much at all! To the point where I weighed 167 lbs and found my heart pounding just quickly walking from one end of Wal mart to the other! I tried to lose weight for many years but it just stuck to me! But through PRAYER, oatmeal in the AM, protein and veggies for dinner, 8 cups of water/green tea and EXERCISE (I ALWAYS start with one of Leslie's videos! Her workouts are awesome!), I've lost about 40 pounds and am still in the process of losing!
I am so thankful for Leslie and her team...they are so kind, supportive, energetic, GOOD NATURED! Leslie and her team as well as the workouts themselves are the key ingredients to bringing me back every time I exercise! I just love her and her wonderful group of walkers!

I am in my 70’s and have been doing these exercises for several years at least 3 times a week. I feel great and not in bad shape for the 70’s. I am not bragging but am blessed. Thank you Leslie for all you do for us.Its great to raise our arms toward heaven and be grateful and thankful.

I missed you all so much I had 2 strokes on April 29,2020, Since then I changed the way I eat cut salt out of my diet. now I'm back walking with you and it feels so good I like to thank everyone who kept me in their prayers and Leslie I thank God for you, you have been a major encouragement I lost 8 pounds and still moving on with love by the Grace of God who has kept me in the land of the living!

I started doing Leslie's workout before Covid 19 and I have to say, after doing many many many home workouts hers are amongst my favourite as she is a good instructor, positive, upbeat, talks but not yells, not huffing and puffing how hard it is , nice normal music. She does waffle on about nothing, as they all do and need to fill the time but at least it is jolly, and she makes it go fast by joking with her team, which is an art. Truly. Also explaining posture which so many don't I hate to think how many people are injured doing eg burpees or planks with no instructions on posture or spine. Just a classic workout video. Well done.
I am addicted to Leslie's workout at 62. It has become part of my daily life. God bless you Leslie, you have motivated many of us to be healthy and fit. Let's keep it up with full dedication 👏 👌

Thank you so much for this. Been following other workouts until I saw the video on fast walk. You are so engaging and truly motivating. For 1 week I already lost 4 lbs together with intermittent fasting, eating healthily, drinking 10 glasses of water for hydration and avoiding fast food/junk foods, soda and juices.
I could feel the healthy sweating. I got 4 major surgeries in my tummy yet I found your exercises tolerable and effective. Not to mention that I have multiple breast/body mass found in my ultrasound and mammogram. This really helps me to be more active and mobile, I feel lighter and the breast mass seems shrinking.
I thank God for letting me see your videos. You just don't focus on the physical fitness, you could even incorporate gratefulness for the healthy body and tremendous strength that God continuously bless us each and everyday. There's something in you that inspire me to keep on moving and sweating happily😊😊😊
During this pandemic, my life really turned into a roller coaster. Me, my husband, mom in law and aunt were inflicted with that deadly coronavirus last July, Thank God we were able to recover with home remedies and best nursing care plan, btw I'm a registered nurse but haven't been practicing for 20 yrs. This tragic moment made us realize so many things. For 23 years of my life I've been too busy with my career that it really affected my health condition and even my family life. Most of us would see this pandemic crisis as a tragic turmoil and devastation in their lives but if we would be able to listen to the message of God that He has been telling us all throughout our lives then we would realize the true meaning and value of this setback. It's not all about the career, the prestige, achievements, honors and awards tthat we are gaining from our jobs. God will truly make His way for us to totally comprehend what's really important in our so called earthy life.
I'm starting and endding my day with a fervent prayer giving all the gratitude to Almight God while lifting all my cares to Him. This year 2021 marks my commitment to spiritual salvation, family and friend relationships, self love and self care. Quality time with my husband and kids is truly priceless and fruitful.
So happy to share with you all that my diagnostic procedure results came out benign, no tracing of cancer that haunted me for 4 long years. Thank You so much Lord God for this gift of life. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This is correct, I am kind of single mom for 5 days in a week. I can not go to gym even if I really want to go. For 14 days I am walking with her while my baby is sleeping. And Its awesome 💕💕
