    Is there a way that you can load up some weight on this? Say maybe attach the weight horns and load some weight? Would be awesome if you show how that can be done or if you can figure out how to do this.

      Yep, you can either add another utility pin and slide on change plates or use band tension to load it more. However, these half safety spotters weigh more than you think!

    VERY cool idea Alex but there's no weight. You're big so these have to be easy for you. They ought to make something like this that goes on and off rack and a person can hook weights on or to cable stack. I just do cable and dumbbell side laterals and LOVE LU Raises that Chinese guy found a great side delt exercise.

    Hi is your half safety 24" or 30"??

      The half safety spotters I'm using are 24" but if you have 30" half safety spotters nothing will change but the placement of the roller pad/utility pin
