Yep, you can either add another utility pin and slide on change plates or use band tension to load it more. However, these half safety spotters weigh more than you think!
VERY cool idea Alex but there's no weight. You're big so these have to be easy for you. They ought to make something like this that goes on and off rack and a person can hook weights on or to cable stack. I just do cable and dumbbell side laterals and LOVE LU Raises that Chinese guy found a great side delt exercise.
The half safety spotters I'm using are 24" but if you have 30" half safety spotters nothing will change but the placement of the roller pad/utility pin
