good list of exercises but some jts to involved to set up without it being hassle, especially if doing multiple in a session. And that incline press is reslly just a bench press, look at arm angle, doesn't matter what angle the bench angle is at.

What attachments are you using for the bent over rows and incline bench press? Are they plate holders?

Honestly I think it’s possible. But it would depend on the hole system on your rack.

all these exercises are basically just replicating normal machines you would find in a gym. I didn't see one silly exercise here.
