I am working out with my 79 yr old granny and I showed her this so she can be more motivated to strength train. She is highly active but has some mobility limits. My goal is to keep her fit so she can be with me longer. She's basically my mom.
You are great! My granny died this year, she was 84 years old, and passed away only one day before her 85th, it was at 23 march( I loved, still love and will always love my granny with whole my heart. She too was very active, whole her live she every day made exercise and she was like my second mother. Hope she is fine there with God and watching after me and our family.
Don't let anyone put her efforts down with negative comments, no matter how old she is - 99 or 29, she's still doing amazing things and has the body of a 20 year old! People can be so cruel and jealous of others' success, but she's a role model to many! We're all looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday - keep going and don't let anyone stop you, Mama!
Why would someone stop her or say negative about her? This is my dream life as I get older! I look up to her! Amazing powerful , beautiful!I am 65 and am working toward this goal as I get older!❤
great comment. Yeah, the reason hardly anyone has seen this level of fitness in extreme age is that people believe training after a certain age is going to be detrimental for them, thus nobody does it. She proves the maxim 'use it or lose it', and how the key to staying out of care homes is just consistent hard work and determination.
Who cares if she isn’t 99. The lady is in her 70s and is in better shape than people half her age. I’m so happy to see someone her age still working out and not just stuck in a mindset of “well I’m too old to do this or that” she is showing no matter what our age you can do it. She’s a huge inspiration.

Notice she's doing the exercises slowly and gracefully with perfect form. She's minimizing any acceleration on the body joints and her motion is smooth and flowing. I'll bet she stretches regularly for the flexibility to move like that.
@@LawnBunny777 There are several articles about her on the internet as she is now 75, but they say she practiced ballet growing up (lucky to have parents who could take her, I grew up on a farm, so no luck) and then she practiced Yoga.

let this be testament to prevent feeling old , its important to perform exercise as we age to reduce joint stiffness and osteoporosis porous, and reduction in falls. Do not stop as we all witness those older relatives who complain as they age.

Best of luck to you and take care.
Wow, so inspirational look at her glutes and legs, this proves that exercise is very important as you get older. But I notice when people get older they don’t exercise as much as in their youth. The reason why you get weak and stiff is due to not using or stretching your muscles lack of activity.
I used to feel pretty fit at my age, ( now 58). But when I had a bicycle accident and broke my elbow, wrist, and tore rotator cuff, my arm never healed properly. ( my dominant arm). While I was trying to heal it, staying off exercises, I started losing all my muscle, to the point where my injured side wasn’t proportionate to the other. I went back to exercising as fast as I could, but never could do certain exercises as well as before, and have never gotten to the same fitness level. I try to work around the bad side, but not with fantastic results. Now I’m feeling more my age. But I’ve been planning on keeping fit for my grand babies. I have a class that is starting next week, and maybe when I’m done with that I’ll join a CrossFit. Wouldn’t hurt to try. Many times I’ve thought of giving up. But I can’t. I do know I haven’t been giving it my all lately. And I need to work harder!! ❤️
You all can’t judge a book by it’s cover. My dad is 97. People can’t believe he’s really that old. When we walk I can’t keep up with him and there’s nothing wrong with me. This woman is such a huge inspiration! I feel so motivated by watching her. She completed some exercise movements I cannot even do unless I work at it. She looks good and her efforts are highly admirable! She proves strength and determination knows no age.
I wonder if she's been working out all of her life? Incredible
I would think so. She probably has no kids, her belly look flat with no flab.
I'm super motivated
Great job beautiful people!
Impressive not because she's 99 but the difficulty level of these exercises are just.. wow! 👌🏿🙌🏻
Apparently she's 73, not 99.
no way in f she's 99
@@BWater-yq3jx makes sense.. Still she hammers those..
@@Markhypnosis1 lol thank you. Not 99 very misleading but still impressive, seeing as most people half her age can't dream of being this athletic or even have her discipline. I didn't need the exaggeration to be impressed.
What an extraordinary woman!!! I'll never forget this inspiration! Thank you!
Never thought of using a Concept 2 that way. Amazing.
I dunno about her '99' age, but her mobility for her advance age is incredible. I'm sending this video to my mom !
This woman is absolutely incredible! So impressive
Phenomenal, inspiring ... Not enough words to give credit. AWESOME!!
Goals!!!! Wow - she is an inspiration. I am decades from 100 but hope to be as healthy as her when I get there.
I’m a physical therapist who works with only seniors. This woman is an anomaly that I aspire to be. I wish i could motivate my patients to do a fraction of what this lady does. Most can’t get up from a chair without struggling.
This video is 2 yrs old. Is she a live.can you make other video of her please.Thank you🥰I hope she is ok.
This is my go-to inspiration or my exercise program. I'm 73.
She is such an inspiration 🏋️♀️ hats off 👍🏻
Wow, 99 years at the time and she was fabulous and so fit! She's in better shape than people half her age! Amazing!
What an absolute legend!!!!!! She is such an inspiration to anybody at any age.
let this be testament to prevent feeling old , its important to perform exercise as we age to reduce joint stiffness and osteoporosis porous, and reduction in falls. Do not stop as we all witness those older relatives who complain as they age.
Nothing short of amazing!
She did so many exercises I can't do yet!!! I will be working on it from this day forward. Thank you for the inspiration.
I couldn't do any of this back in my 20's, but at 80, I can still touch my toes lol.
You're an inspiration to me and everyone else proving we can do anything we put our minds to and efforts towards achieving too. Amazing congratulations too
@Bobby Raymond I guess I missed the confusion about her age from being in awe of her ability to achieve her goals. I'm from North Carolina.
@Holy Godeyez are you commenting to me or exactly who? I'm just a little confused because I am definitely not your baby. You don't even know me period.
@Holy Godeyez no thank you. Have a nice life.
@Bobby Raymond no thank you not interested in talking there either. Have a nice life.
@Bobby Raymond it has nothing to do with the past. Just because I said I'm not interested you automatically think something is wrong due to my past. Well that's not it sorry to disappoint you but you're incorrect. Right now at this time in my life I'm finally focusing on myself and the things that are important to me. Best of luck to you and take care.
DON'T LIE ABOUT HER AGE!
99 the numbers slipping 66 even that is exaggerating.
Maravillosa deportista, Dios la bendiga enormemente! 🙏🙋🏼♀️💐💃👍Saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱😊❤️
This lady is saving her life and can save other lives. Amazing ❤❤❤
She is amazing! Inspirational, strong, graceful. I'm glad I found this clip. Thank you!
I want to give that inspiration to every women
Who is this amazing woman and where does she live?
It would be great to know more about her!
She’s 75 now and lives in the US, I follow her trainer on insta
What a beast! Thanks for the motivation! ❤❤❤
Absolutely incredible 👏 🙌 😍
79 yrs - Really blessed... i don't think i would reach that number.
Wether you believe you can or cannot, you will be correct.
Conscientious people live longer
Don't say so! You may!
Ok now i'm motivated again!
She's super amazing! Some 30 years old can't do what she's doing and this is a fact. I'm not just saying, I know them in person.
Wow she is inspiring!!!!
She is amazing I love it 😀
Wow, so inspirational look at her glutes and legs, this proves that exercise is very important as you get older.
When I grow up I want to be just like her! 👏🏼💪🏼😎❤️
What a beautiful video. There is hope for us all. I started my calisthenics & 5 km daily walks a year ago at 54yo & going strong. 😊
She is not 99!!! What a lie! She is 70 !
That’s right 👍But she’s still amazing I’m much younger and definitely not as fit as her
She looks much older than 70s. Maybe late 80s or 90s. Very fit body though
You all can’t judge a book by it’s cover. My dad is 97. People can’t believe he’s really that old. When we walk I can’t keep up with him and there’s nothing wrong with me. He’s just in that good of shape. You all just hang in there till you start getting close to that age. I’m 69 but I feel 50. KEEP moving is the KEY.
Click bait
yeah but its STILL remarkable, can you do anything close to what she can???
Gracias
My new inspiration. I'm 50.
