    We are proud to introduce our first workout video!
    We hope you came here to sweat! No equipment is needed, just grab your yoga mat, a towel or nothing at all and get started! This workout consists of two 5-minute rounds. Feel free to take breaks when needed or add extra rounds.
    If you’re doing this workout for the first time, you may be sore the next day (that means you’re doing it right!). You’ll feel this one in your shoulders, legs, all over. We promise, that’s normal.
