    Yo bro this vid means a lot to me I just ran a 5.1 on my 40 last week and wasn’t too happy with it and just tdy started doing these workouts and will continue to do them to get faster but I appreciate you for helping me with these vids.💙

      I got some tips if u need it a 5.1 is just and technique a 40 is technique and not speed

    Thank you for this I need it because I really wanna be qb for my 6 man football team but my coach says I’m not fast enough and makes me really wanna work on my speed but also I keep trying to tell him I can throw better than anyone else on my team which is true and kinda makes me wonder why he won’t even let me try once even at practice while we’re working on our route tree

      Both- a longer stride will help with speed

      Facts, longer stride does make you faster. But DON’T OVERSTRIDE! you’ll get hurt, so stretch out your hip flexor and lower body to naturally improve your stride
