Started doing it 3 weeks ago, first week 3 laps, second 4 and now 5. Feels good. Though not much of a weight loss,, but resting heart beat has slowed down drastically and the upper body feels muscular.
weight loss is mostly about diet bro, eat less calories than you consume and avoid high glycemic intakes (sugars, white bread).
Glad that Ronaldo inspired you to workout, keep going!!
Don't think I will stop any time soon. I'm glad I found this video. Gonna have to work on my diet too though.

Do these for 2-5 sets of 10-25 reps you choose how many you want to do.
These are all body weight exercises right. Don’t really see why you wouldn’t just weight train

I started following this routine and just a small portion of his diet... Of course being a student I couldn't afford it all... But even then i could see tremendous improvements in my body, he's truly one of a kind... CR7 💯

This workout is great for beginners as it’s doable but also challenging. Respect to Ronaldo for creating a workout that is best designed for beginners and would be very beneficial for them
My brother sent this to me during the lockdown in 2020 or so, and that's when I did my first workout. I was very inconsistent in the beginning and I didn't take exercise seriously until around the beginning of 2022 when I started lifting weights. I'm a lot more muscular now, and I gotta say, stay consistent and you'll see awesome results by exercising, it'll flip your life around. 😄

Just shows you don't need fancy equipment and can do it anywhere, even on holidays or if you're away for work staying in a motel. His so rich and does this with no fancy equipment. Good on him....

Hey guys, this is the order that CR7 mentions each of the exercises in the video, and how many sets/reps to do.
Lunges- CR7 does 5 sets(3 recommended) of 20 reps
Side to side lunges then jump- 10 reps unspecified sets
Pushups- 20 or 30 reps unspecified sets
Heel taps- 2 sets of 25 reps
Crunches: 2/3 sets of 10 reps
Leg extensions I think?- Unspecified reps/sets, I’m guessing ⅔ sets of ten reps
Squats- 10/20 reps unspecified sets
Shoulder taps in plank position- 10 reps
Mountain climber- 10 reps
Knee touches in plank position- 10 reps
I’m pretty sure this is called an iron man pose: 10 reps 2 sets

@@bilal-ih7xn you will build muscle but you have to eat a lot of protein to do that and i mean protein from foods not chemical or something. If you want to burn fat you will need another workout in the day (recommend cardio) too, such as running or a hiit workout
