I have stopped eating cheese a while ago because I couldn't tolerate dairy, since I started watching your video, I started raw cheese and I have been doing good with it! I am so happy because I am French and cheese is such a big part of my culture. I also just found a raw milk farm next to me and getting my raw milk delivered this Monday for the 1st time, we will see how I do with it! Thanks for your tips!

Dr. Paul Saladino, you have helped change my life. I went from vegan for 10 years straight to carnivore. I felt really good at first but then started feeling the effects of no carbs. I didn’t want to give up carnivore so I started eating some gluten free bread and rice crackers. I figured they were processed enough and easy to digest that it wouldn’t be a problem. I started feeling a lot better. THEN I discovered the way you eat and eliminated the bread and crackers and am now eating fruit and raw milk for my carbs. I feel ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can’t believe how good I feel now, I spent so many years feeling terrible and got so used to it that it became my normal. I had really thought that being vegan was the best thing for my health and the planet. I was so wrong. Thank you so much for the content you put out, I can only imagine how many lives you’ve changed. The way you live your life and do everything is seriously goals for me.

Same I was carnivor for 3 months. But I belive it was important to go full carnivor for a period. Bc I got really sick. And nothing healed me but the carnivor diet. But 3 months in I went from feeling super strong to getting fatigue. I added in berries I felt alot better then fruit. I wasn't able to do animal base 3 months ago. I tried it and i still wasn't feeling well. So I'm all for carnivor for a short period. Assessing your body seeing what it needs.

This is due to the gluconic acid produced during the conversion of nectar to honey. However, it's important to note that the pH level can vary slightly depending on the floral source of the nectar.

Can you do a video on what you feed your dog. I have a toy poodle/bichon mix and give him raw bones for stimulation and food but he mostly eats dehydrated raw and I loved seeing you give that piece of chicken to your dog. The vets say you need other supplements powders not just the protein. Curious on your thoughts/research. Thank you kindly from Richmond Beach, WA ! Take care.

Thank you for another great video Paul! 💪🏽
    Regarding juice:
I have to say that I agree with at least 95% of everything you say about nutrition. In this video you mentioned juice being beneficial for endothelial cells in compromise populations (specifically people with heart conditions). I don't believe it's the fructose in of itself. The point is that when you juice any fruit you alter it to eliminate or reduce the structure/amount of the insoluble fiber. You can help support endothelial cells and have one set of positive health outcomes in metabolically healthy people, But the issue today is most people especially in America struggle with metabolic health to the point that their body does not metabolize processed fruit in the same way as someone who goes surfing on the beach every day in Costa Rica. 😊🙏🏼
Why not just eat whole fruit instead of making it into a juice? You definitely still get all the same positive effects for endothelial cells and simultaneously maintain inappropriate response of the beta cells and satiety hormone that comes from eating whole food intact with its insoluble fiber.
Definitely an advocate for fruit, But just wondering why not give your audience a choice and tell them to choose between homemade fruit juice for very metabolically healthy people and whole fruit for the other crowd?
Dr. Lustig has mentioned on a few separate occasions that the fructose in whole fruits is minimal and not harmful to the body when paired with its original fiber in it's original form. So I think there's a bridge between the two of you that already exists. 🙏🏼
Like you, I moved somewhere tropical and I eat fruit daily! I'm on the opposite side of the globe though in Malaysia. 🇲🇾
We have some pretty unique fruits here including durian, cat eye, and orange jackfruit.
I would love to see the fruit that is only found in Costa Rica in some of your upcoming content! Reach out some time if you ever want to film in Malaysia.

I recommend not juicing the watermelon get a Vitamix you will get 3xs more benefits and the seeds are blending up into dust basically that settles on the bottom. Apple juice i would juice with a juicer but certain fruits don’t juice no need to. Juicers are usually for vegetables because you can get more benefits because it’s harder to digest to intake the vitamins.

Two questions Paul… those lids on your glass containers awesome, where do I get those. I am moving away from plastic. And #2. Red meat carcinogens from high heat is a known problem. I have heard eating spinach might help also slow cooking like a stew. But I like flame cooked or cast iron pan. How do I avoid all those carcinogens? Lastly my wife and I love your content❤

When you squeeze juice from a fruit you are extracting sugar from the fruit while leaving back much of the healthy fiber and nutrients in the fruit to balance out the sugar. If you eat an orange, you’ll probably feel like eating one, but if you’re squeezing juice, you might squeeze 7 or 8 oranges. No one would ever feel like eating 8 oranges. Nature has a healthy balance of sugar in it and by squeezing the juice you are throwing off the balance.

Thanks for touching on the meat wrapped in plastics. We have raised the majority of our own meat for the last 9 years and it seems like there isn’t many alternatives to plastic at the butcher shop. Even the butcher paper we have bought from the farm store appears to have some plastic type coating on it.

We need like a club or something. When I tell people things about raw, non glyphosate food, no seed oils, organ meat people literally look at me like I’m crazy. Grocery shopping or eating out is soooo wild cause I look at everything like poison. Wish I knew more people that had the same feelings and thoughts about our food industry.

How do you keep honey in the refrigerator ? I was taught that refrigeratorating honey would cause it to crystalize ? In other words turn it into sugar, then you have to heat it to turn it back into honey.
I remember buying honey in the winter time in Saskatchewan and took it back to NC and had to heat and stir diligently to turn it back into honey.

Now I drink up to 1 liter of milk a day (From a local farm) and I have no affect of any lactose intolerance.
Health as we know it is a scam. We nee to re-learn what we should eat

Have you found watermelons with seeds? None of them have seeds here, even organic, and it seems unnatural. I started reacting to them at some point and just figured it was my mast cell disorder.
Also … How do you feel about pure maple syrup?
One more question … I was on RO but it added minerals back and I felt like I was getting sick. I ordered the Hydroviv to replace it. It’s supposed to keep the minerals in the water and filter out the things in your area and/or things based on your water testing.
Thank you for all your shared content. It’s very helpful!
