One of my favorite breakfast drinks is to whip up egg yolks with honey and a dash of vanilla. I whip them with a hand-mixer with the WHISK attachment. It makes a difference. Until they are light and fluffy. Then I take my homemade raw goat kefir and mix the two together. The yolk mixture makes the kefir sweet, light, and fluffy. SO GOOD!!!

This is the best video I've seen of yours so far. I'm moving overseas soon and I am concerned about being able to find clean food where I'm going. This kind of video gives me hope that there will be small responsible and proud farmers who want to sell the best quality foods. I'm carnivore right now but studying how animal based will be the next step for me in terms of adding foods to my diet. Raw milk is something I already like but one cup per day for a week put weight on me so I have to be careful about my metabolic disease. I am not healed from that yet so have some more time on the elimination diet before I will be healthy enough to add too many carbs into my diet. I have tried a few strawberries from my summer garden a few days ago that seemed well tolerated. I would love to see any videos where you make food or grow food. Subscribing today to see more videos like this one.

Instead of sugar pooling up in the blood and making you diabetic, your body stores it instead as fat, protective feature. You’re better off not eating them as part of your standard eating style, just like pretty much every other human. Paul has taken this too far. 400 grams of carbs while still eating animal fat is crazy, even if he is active.

Hi Mr. Saladino. I wanted to know do you use a microwave? If not, how do you re-heat your left overs? Thank you for your time.

Just eat them cold. I’m not kidding. I eat my stew meat and steaks cold as leftovers.

No, not a fan of microwaves. If i needed to reheat some left overs I would just throw them on the grill

Where in CR are you living? I did the entire Pacific coast back in 1997 so I'm familiar.. Honestly we were just searching for waves and eating tuna out of the can or black bean burrittos some place local and lots of cerveza.. Looks like a cool spot. Umm... I'm guessing some place south of Quepos?

Yes! This is what you notice about him - he literally radiates positive life force energy - some other influencers talk the talk but they do not have this vibrancy and glow
