The funny thing about people having gotten uppity about the policy change OF wanted to do is that OF was originally a hobby site. It wasn't intended for sex work, it just ended up becoming that way at a point

You should look up the history behind John Harvey kellogg, corn flakes are bland on purpose because he thought that it would be so Bland it would cure people's nymphomania. Also during World War I the Red Cross created tampons to be used stop bleeding from soldiers wounds. In when was the last time somebody stuck a Kotex up a bullet wound? Just because something was created for one thing doesn't mean that it can't change to another thing.

If 15 dollars an hour is low pay and exploits people in the food industry then it's low pay and exploitative for women on OF. And that's just the top 1%, everyone else makes less than 15 an hour which is even more exploitative. So if you are fine for selling your body and dignity for minimum wage then that's on you I guess but you are still being exploited

Trying to figure out how much money people make or who makes the most money on OF is impossible. There are countless inactive or abandoned accounts throwing those numbers off. If you look at the various social media accounts of the creators who put effort in, you'll see almost all of them are in the top 10%. Usually top 5.
