exactly the video I was looking for! although my biggest challenge is seeing someone else bring/eat unhealthy food (donuts at work, fiance makes a pizza for an easy dinner after long day at work), not sure if that is something anyone else struggles with as well :(
I can definitely relate! When it comes to the unhealthy snacks, what works for me is looking straight at the ingredients. Once I see how long the list is, or what the ingredients are, that usually stops my craving for it. If the ingredients are pretty healthy, then I’ll try to balance it out with a healthier meal. When it comes to pizza, whatever veggies you enjoy, think about adding it as a topping. So you still get the quick meal, but also some nutrients as well. ☺️
I agree, a supportive family definitely helps with the process. Out of my entire family, only my mom was really open to the changes I was making. So I had to remember my why. Not everyone is going to be open to your new lifestyle, and that’s okay. The main goal is to remember the reasons why you are making the changes you are making and having a group of friends that can also be encouraging along your journey. Hope this helps!

I think this is a good video, but these only work if you have a supportive family, if you dont then...
