I had acne until my late 40’s when I changed my diet and removed sugar and processed foods. For the first time since I was 12, I do not have acne anymore, but a beautiful healthy skin. The only times and get a pimple here and there is when I go out and eat desserts more than once.

Same here. Until 43, I used to have very bad skin texture and constant acne. My skin looked like an prange skin. I was so embarrassed. I remember, I became focused in fixing my skin from outside, not realizing that just at that time, I stopped eating cake, ice cream, bacon, soda. I used Emu oil and I assumed that it worked. But after reading your comment, I believe my skin cleared due to eliminating sugar .

Money is the bottom line in the foods that we find in grocery stores. Companies don't give a rats behind about the health of their customers. We as consumers have to take our lives and health into our own hands. We need to use our brains to do our own research about the foods that we consume.

I stopped getting white heads when i went vegetarian n I stopped getting blackheads when I went vegan also i started to get more color in my face but getting time n exercise outside also helps to get more color n oxygen n vitality in your skin... Also just using a wash cloth to wash my face in the morning n evening with hot water n using a light Rosewater toner w moisturizing essence by Heritage store directly after washing keeps my skin very nice. You have to have enough good quality fluids like spring water n lemon water coconut water and herbal teas... Or fresh pressed juices like celey juice, fresh pressed apple juice, or orange juice, or aloe water n the like... Dehydration causes aging... But natural sugars are good and fruits are the most anti-aging because they have higher antioxidants and we age as we oxidize therefore antioxidants are the most anti-aging... Blackberries and wild blueberries are the most anti-aging foods to eat for instance... Telling you... This is the real deal... Sharing out of love n caring for my fellows... I don't want any money or any pay off... It just feels right n good to share the truth n help my fellow humans... Good luck n God bless... 🙏😊🫶

For those who eat meat, check out Steak and Butter Gal. She was vegan for 6 years and all sorts of autoimmune and skin issues, including psoriasis, horrible cystic acne, and eczema. She went carnivore and her skin is now totally clear.
I think the key is removing sugar, grains, processed food, and seed oils. Then for those struggling with being vegan (there are many who have gotten severe skin, autoimmune, and GI issues), the important thing is meat heavy or carnivore, including animal protein and fat. Fat is important for healthy hormones, skin, brain, and cells.

I quit botox over a year ago, I'm 56. the first time I used Frownies it literally looked like I had botox when I took them off. it wears off during the day but think about 8 hours while you are sleeping that you will not be contributing to wrinkles. I am also a huge fan of face yoga. Face yoga totally changed the structure of my face. You have to think, they are muscles, just like your body and what happens when you don't use them! Also been using face acupuncture w/ red light therapy as a natural alternative. And love that he preaches about the importance of what you put into your body!

What I would love to see is Dr. Yuon age gracefully, without any Botox or other fillers to have such a wrinkle free face. It looks too tight…not natural.
I understand the desire to have good skin and to work with Mother Nature. However, don’t go to the other extreme to not look anywhere being natural.

As an asian in ethnicity, we like to boil beef bones with meat and throw away the fat. While boiling, we put a lot of garlic, onion, and salt to taste. My mom always cooked this once a week. She put cut cabbage, taro root, cut lemon grass, carrots, or brussels sprouts. This is our soup for the day. We eat it with steam rice. I would say, this is the secret why asian look younger than their age. How my mom cooked, she boiled the whole day and put the whole pot in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you will see all the fat on top. She scraped all the fat and toss away. then she cooked again and put all the vegetables you want.

Thank you for mentioning jello!! I am sticking to my low carb diet lifestyle and have lots of sugar free jello packs I need to eat more in lieu of other sweets that are just bad all around. Jello is truly amazing. I've also added gelatin powder to thicken soups and gravies amd sauces. We don't get enough!!

I agree with what he says about not knowing how sick you are…it’s starts at age one.. your parents give you a birthday cake and you experience the euphoria of sugar. Then you start to be inundated with commercials showing happy, attractive people eating fast food. It was worse in the 90’s. Big pharma has taken over the commercials now and that’s a whole different subject. I recall being overweight and not knowing why. I was upset bc I was thinking everyone else is eating Dunkin’ Donuts and Taco Bell all of the time and they seem happy and skinny. Literally this was my thinking but in my defense I was young and thanks to information on UA-cam I educated myself and have learned and am learning that I was so wrong. People are NOT eating like this. The ads are just ads. It took years to wean myself off of the highly addictive foods I became I customized too. If you are upset with your weight I want you to know that YOU can change it. It won’t be easy and it will take time and you will have setbacks but despite all of that you can do it. The first step is to stop beating yourself up for your current situation. Start to treat yourself the way you treat others you love. Understand you are basically a drug addict and the drug is food so know that your food was modified to be as addictive as smoking cigarettes. Go to a farm near you and buy yourself foods that don’t come in a package. Especially, green vegetables and then get yourself eggs, salmon and steak. Those will be your best friend. Anything with ingredients that sound like a chemical don’t eat. You are going through withdrawal. Treat yourself to 2 large bags of organic apples and go to them every time the sugar itch harasses you. Keep yourself busy. After 2 weeks you will no longer crave the processed foods you were addicted too. You can do this. I’m down 65 pounds for 4 years.

Chronic inflammation is rampant in the fitness world due to over training. The stress the body goes through can age it prematurely. Prolonged release of cortisol will take a toll. Allowing sufficient time to recover is the key to managing your fitness health.

Sea moss gel is great if you’re vegan and can’t take collagen supplements, not sure why it works but makes skin plump & glowy & healthy hair. Going raw vegan was the best thing for my skin, hair & overall health/energy levels, but I used to drink hydrolysed collagen and it 100% works 👍

At 58 yrs old now, being a wife, mother Grandma,… I grew up a meat, potatoe, candy, soda and chips kid like many. Never heard the term ‘water’ sadly. I’ve been trying now for a couple of years to turn it all around for me and my family. We eat processed foods maybe as 5% of our entire diet. Which means pizza on a Fri night maybe and mine is think crust, veggie, light cheese etc. I’ve begun ‘with my hubby’ to use a good quality Collagen Peptide powder each day in our coffee per instructions. After the 1st container, maybe one and half actually, ….. I noticed my crows feet/laugh lines and ‘sleeping on my face’ lines ALL DIMINISHING! I told my friends about it the next time I’d seen them as well as all the vital information I’ve been steadily learning and implementing into our lives. My biggest challenge isn’t eating good, Whole Foods etc, as I LOVE veggies and chicken, fish etc,……For me, it’s kicking the treats we occasionally have. The sugar has been an addiction since childhood because it was a lot of what we had and I think I never outgrew it?? I feel if I can kick that, I’m doing most everything else right for us? I hope??! My husbands been fighting a bad excema situation nearly 2 yrs. They keep throwing creams and steroids at it. I’ve now been researching what ‘foods/nutrients etc play a role in it and I’m hopeful we can manage it ourselves! If so, I’ll let all of you know!
