  • This gentle and restorative Yin Yoga practice is specifically designed to promote restful sleep and deep relaxation. Melt onto your mat, be supported by breath and linger in feel good poses to help you unwind and soften into your parasympathetic nervous system.
    Yin Yoga focuses on passive stretching, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body, enhancing flexibility, and promoting a sense of calmness. Throughout this practice, I will help prepare your body for a restful night's sleep. Each pose will be held for an extended period, allowing the body to soften and surrender, encouraging a deep state of blissful relaxation.

    Great workout!! Helped me relax after a chair cardo. Thank you. I've been doing chair yoga/exercises, and some easy standing for about 3 weeks now. I'm obeses at 190 and have an ugly stomach hangover. When working out, and after, my hips become very weary and achy, it's hard to contine certain exercises. But I'm determined. After all of that, do you have a suggestion to help strengthen my hips and help with the weary pain? Thank you again. You are inspiring!
