Imagine spending 35 minutes just for you as we take care of our bodies and nervous system through a sequence of postures to drop you into your peace and bliss. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all shapes are done on the floor with props like blocks, blankets and bolsters; expect to hold postures for an extended amount of time as you allow your body to melt into each shape.     Great class indeed. I'm almost 77 and with some knees weakness & weakness in general. Used to do Yoga earlier all right , but lately find it difficult to do standing asanas properly. Evidently you've taken a lot of care in designing your class to yield much benefit while avoiding great stress. God Bless your efforts.. Thanks a lot; and glad to have joined the class.

    I was doing yoga then had issues with vertigo. This chair yoga permits to continue thus awesome program. Always feel good afterwards.

    I am 70 and recently broke my femur so limited in my ability to get back into my routine. This class and riding my recumbent bike has been wonderful for my body. This class has helped my stretching so much. Thank you!!!

    I usually go to chair yoga on Tuesday and Thursday to my Active Senior Adult center but I'm not able to go today. I love your videos. I just found "you" when I was looking for yoga at home. I'm 63 years old. I really enjoyed both of them and I know I will be following you more often. Thanks for such great workouts of all abilities!

    I have been doing your 3 chair yoga exercises for many months now. I am 72 and have a lot of arthritic joints and one knee replacement and another due. I get very stiff and found your sessions helped my flexibility to start the day. I have taken a two week break as I have been on holiday and I really notice the difference.     Hi Kierstie! I've been going through your "chair yoga" videos. Roughly half of the ones I've seen so far start out as chair yoga practices but, like this one, they become standing yoga or assisted standing yoga practices. I'd love it if you would rename your videos so that only the yoga practices that are seated from start to finish are called "chair yoga".

    It's been 9 months since I started chair yoga w/ you. My mobility is strengthened. I do this every morning. I'm currently in physical therapy. My joints,l/muscles are so flexible.     I am 76. Did speed walking for 10 years until age 50, when I was in a bad car accident and could no longer speed walk. Love this chair yoga! I feel like i am in control again!
